Redwall, Redwall do unto thine own.
What self is, is self shown, but you stand also as mirror.
Live by what is sown in you, to thine own self be true.
But hide thyself from your own reflection and harvest the fear quite due.

The hare, whose care was for his belly.
Ate so much it wobbled like jelly.
Thinking to add one more, despite his belly sore.
While gorging upon his fun, he couldn't outrun the scare.
By reason of the sweet pastry allure.

Tripping over his padded feet, while certain defeat overlaid him.
The bellowing pain as if his lungs betrayed him.
Feeling as if to burst, thinking only a collection of worsts.
His foe seeing how he lost face, commenced in giving chase.
As his food drunken mind has led to his failure.

The hare one by one, when all is said and done, was filled to the brim.
Oh how he loves them!
Feeling satisfied from ear to toe to tail, resumes his journey on quite a trail.
Finds his belly emptied, and another who for a crumb would've envied yet both have none.
And many have sunk deep within this.

Those marked as prey need discern, lest likewise burn in their lust.
Troubles incited or happened upon are troubles thrust.
Feast within your walls so when you store it, hinders not if urgency calls for it.
Let the assessment begin, or become the lesson to learn.
Eat for health and not for drunkenness.
