I placed an order on November 15th.  Books still haven't shipped.  I've tried sending e-mail twice now and get no reply.  I'm in the US and it is only 12 days till Christmas!!  Anyone know if the book store closed or what is going on?

My friend ordered Mossflower a while back and it never came.

Btw, houldn't this go in Suggestions and Concerns?
