I wonder if the newest generation even knows "Mary Had a Little Lamb".
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

I thought that was a fairly well-known version, to be honest. We always grew up with it. It just fits. Mary had a little lamb whose fleece was white as snow, everywhere that Mary went the lamb was sure to go, it followed her to school one day which was against the rules, it made the children laugh and play to see a lamb at school, and then her father shot it dead and it goes to school with her between to chunks of bread. It's actually quite a detailed story.
    I have a shiny thing! See?
