I found a movie that uses the same type of humor of PotC, but it is set in 1390 Korea. The back story and plot is 5* and it has some great fight scenes and action. (It took me two views to fully understand though :P)

I'm sure I've watched more but the only one that comes to mind at the moment is The Way He Looks, which is one of my favourite films. I believe it's Spanish, but don't quote me on that.

Recently, I loved Parasite. I watched it on a plane earlier in the year and loved it. Amélie is another favourite of mine.
Received mostly negative reviews.

I like foreigh movies too esp Spanish and French. These are my favs: Life is Beautiful (Italy), Pans Labyrinth (Mexico) and Departures (Japan).
