I noticed out of all the books, the one book where I can't see a secondary villain is The Long Patrol. Is there a secondary villain? and if so, who is it?

Captain Wortshire

Now that you mention it, I didn't notice a major secondary villain.

Maybe Rinkul the Ferret? He serves as some sort of antagonist for Tammo.

He was part of the band that attacked Tammo and Russa and he took Russa's stick after she died, so one can assume that he took part in causing her death.

Unlike other Redwall protagonists, Tammo had no real argument with the main villain, Damug Warfang, but he does has some grievance against Rinkul as he killed Tammo's friend and guide (and took her stick).

Just a thought.
