Buckler The Leg Buckler

What you do is you put a palindrome( a word that's spelled the same way forwards and backwards) on your post. Make them crazy, they can be long, short, anything as long as they're real words.
I'll start...

Racecar
"I'll live to close those evil eyes of yores fer good,Ublaz! This is war! Cut 'er loose, Rocpaw, 'tis waaaaaar!" - Pearls Of Lutra

psybox

a man, a plan, a canal.  Panama!

Lol, *facepalm* I just now got that.  :P

Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?

Not sure I'd quite call them call it a "real words", but both are made-up joke words which supposedly mean "the irrational fear of palindromes". ::)

Two more palindrome words (although one is again made-up):
  • Madam
  • Tattarrattat (the sound of a knock on the door, as coined by James Joyce in the book Ulysses)

If you ignore the punctuation (which you usually do in palindrome sentences) you can have a palindrome sentence:
  • Madam, I'm Adam

or even palindrome dates and times, or both combined. For example, 8:20pm (using military / 24-hour time format) on 20th of February 2002 would be
  • 20:02 02/20/2002 (if you live in the US)
  • 20:02 20/02/2002 (if you live in the rest of the world)

  :)

I'm not sure making up your own words really counts as a proper palindrome.  :)

qwertyui opo iuytrewq   ;)

Come to think of it, "Opo" (pronounced "Oh-po") is a palindrome - it's the name of a friendly dolphin that used to live in the harbour of one of New Zealand's smaller coastal towns named Opononi (Wikipedia link).   :)
