Martin the Warrior and Mattimeo both are actually pretty good tv adaptations of the book when it comes to the storyline and plot.  Its a tough choice, but I picked Martin the Warrior.

I say Mattimeo, partly because, like Lutra said, I think it's one of the adaptations closer to the original storyline, and partly because I like the TV Matti just as much as the canon Matti. :D
Redwall is always open, its tables laden, to you and any of good heart.
