Badredd was stupid, and bad.
Yeah was that b/c everyone was mean to him but yeah he was stupid
Well, you think about what he was going to do if he got into Redwall so yes.
He was more of a comic villain, totally inept and even though his intentions were evil, he was hilarious.
He wouldn't have every taken Redwall the otters would have slain him and his crew in fact the only reason he ever got into the grounds was because of a freak accident ;D

That could be debated.
Yea, he was one of the closest baddy leader to get into Redwall, but it was accidental. Nevertheless, he caused a rather large crisis.
which book is he in?
Loamhedge. He is one of the vermin who try to get into Redwall.
Its evident that he was bad. Non of his actions in the book he appeared him showed him to have a single good quality inside.
I can't remember much, so I voted maybe.

But you also have to consider his intention. His intention was to take over Redwall and just do whatever he wanted to the creatures living there, which, in this case, wasn't anything good.

Yea, pretty much like that. Just Clogg was much, much smarter. ;D
Oh yes, I forgot to mention, Badredd was ever so slightly dumb ;D

He is the small, dumb, whiny, fox in Loamhedge who takes command of the gang that get into Redwall.
Okay, thanks for clearing that up. I haven't read Loamhedge, so no wonder I don't remember Badredd!

Unfortunatly, not allot of people like it...you'll have to read it closely to understand why.
I thought it was AWESOME! Martha, Saro, and Bragoon aside. That whole plot was dumb. But whenever they mentioned Badredd/Skrodd/Flinky, LONNA BOWSTRIPE, or Raga Bol (especially when he was defeated ;D) I was like YES!!!

I love Loamhedge for the same reasons, though I think that Bragoon and Saro were all right, though I REALLY didn't like Martha. :-\

Same here.
Oh yes, he was bad.
He may've been short and stupid, but deep down he was just as mean and ruthless as any other vermin. But he was just so...FUNNY!
Then Raga Bol came along and owned him (both ways!)

He wasn't "truly bad" he was more of an idiot who wanted to prove how great he was. And he really failed.

This 100%. The very fact he insisted on being called BadRed just shows how utterly desperate he was on showing everyone how 'bad' he was. He's actually a perfect example of insecurity.
I don't remember much about him, but from what I've read in the thread I'd assume so
