Once upon a time, there lived a very polite and naive child named Kenneth. Kenneth had a pet beaver named Sally that he loved very much. Sally brought joy and meaning to Kenneth's otherwise sad and empty life. Every morning she would wake Kenneth up for school with a plate of pancakes clutched in her tiny beaver hands. Then she would drive him to school for a fun day of learning.

But one fateful day, Sally disappeared.
