Exactly! I'm glad you agree. @Booklover , you could also draw attention to your hair, especially if it's long. Guys appreciate long hair.

I think it's the hair flicking. I don't normally flutter my eyelashes at Dad, I just blink really hard and wave my hair at him.

We do the dishes in shifts, but I almost always handwash. The others tend to just.... leave them... for me to do. The pots and pans and things, of course. They're consistent about the normal dishes.
