Yeah, I think large amount of shoes are unnecessary. Have a pair of running shoes, a pair of gumboots, a pair of hiking boots, a pair of sandals, and one-two pairs of nice shoes (for church and stuff).

They don't agree with my feet.  The top of my feet always end up getting chafed, and I'm not at a point in my life where I think it's ok to wear socks with sandals, sooooo...
