Hello, Tungro, and welcome to the forum!

I can't see the photos. . . From the links you have, it looks like they lead to a download, instead of the pictures themselves. Would there be a way for you to copy the image address instead, and use that in the image tags?

You write [ i m g ] but with no spaces then [ / i m g ] again with no spaces and add the link in between those tags.
Hope this helps

He does that. But if you take those tags away and click on the link, they go to a page for you to download the pictures.

That is strange, when I posted it I could see it, then when I logged in just I could not. So I went to the site were the URL is from and viewed the images to make sure they were not corrupted then I went back here and could see them.
I will see what I can do.

So I reinserted the URL to the direct image. If you still can't see it go here

Hey mate, I think the problem is that we're not members of that site. You could try uploading your (no doubt awesome) art to a site like imgur or PostImage, and putting those links into the img tags. :)

Got it but depending on the monitor it looks squashed or stretched

I personally use PostImage, it has a drop-down bar before you upload your picture to the site that lets you pick what size you want it so that that doesn't happen. Not sure about imgur.

Ah. Yes. I clicked on that link and it said I don't have permission. :P

That would be awesome.
Hey, this might fit better in the Fan Artwork board. @Captain Tammo @Matthias720 or @Jukka the Sling might be able to move it, if you want.

Thanks,
If anyone is wondering how I make it this is how,

First I take a screenshot. Then I scale the screenshot by usually 35%. After that I open appleworks and select a drawing page. Then make a painting sheet and place the shrunk screenshot in it. Then I create another painting sheet the same size but this time make it transparent and place it one the first painting sheet. The I trace the edge with a vibrant color (blue or green), when finished I begin shading with other vibrant colors. When completed I unstack the painting sheets and duplicate the vibrant version and begin coloring in actual colors.

My vocabulary consists of "make hot and hit with hammer". But if I could comprehend your process, I'm sure it's a great way to do it.

After finishing a ton of art my very old computer that I use crashed beyond repair, so I doubt if I will be able to put anything up again...

Yeah, pretty disappointing. But I guess you can't rely on an 1999 iMac G3 for that long. I have a windows computer that has paint, but it is super hard to use (for me anyway) and I am not really excited to start all over again

Nice work, Tungro! You might've been asked before, but-- how long does it typically take to make these?
Title: Re: Tungro's Workshop
Post by: Tungro on January 23, 2020, 03:11:59 PM
It depends on how good the picture is. Most take a few hours for the initial model, but after that individual customization only takes a few minutes.
One of the hardest parts is trying to make a flat image perspective

Yeah, adding dimension is tough. Good work though.
