Anyone like the Hamilton musical? I know it's been popular lately, and the music is just great...

Rosie Willowwater

(*Bump*)

I ADORE the Hamilton musical. My favorite songs are Wait for it and Non Stop ;D

What are your favorites?

Ashleg

My top two are "You'll be Back" and "It's Quiet Uptown". ;D

Gonff the Mousethief

Non Stop is by far my favorite. Especially when you hear that gunshot faintly on the last note, oh, 'tis great!
I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

Ashleg

Lots of people have animated the Hamilton songs.
Have you guys seen any of those?

Rosie Willowwater

Yeah! Have you seen the ones by Allison Coon? They are pretty cool in my opinion.

Oh my gosh, I listened to the soundtrack last night and... It's good. I'm in love.

You'll be Back and Aaron Burr, Sir are my favorites.
Was anyone else on the old DAB forum, circa 2009? I was recently reminded of it, lol.

Bitterly jittery, and not very glittery.

Ashleg

I got the CD with all the songs for my birthday.  ;D

Ashleg

GUESS WHO GOT HAMILTON TICKETS?!??! ;D
I'm going to see it with my mom in Feburary!

Gonff the Mousethief

Really! That's awesome!!!

However... I don't appreciate how they treated the future VPOTUS. I don't mean to start a fight because the word politic can shut down this forum for a few days. Just uncalled for.

Thank you! :D ;D

If I can find a way to take pictures I might just have to. ;)

It won't be till Feburary though.
Lucky me I'm patient and it's something to look forward to, Janurary and Feburary are my least favorite months.

Seems like a good musical.

They were really civil and polite to him.

Indeed. You are as ancient as the soot that choked Pompeii into oblivion, though not quite as uncaring. - Rusvul
