Ever thought of rewriting book sections from different characters POVs?

I thought this would be a cool idea cause during that last scene with Asmodeus, the chapter begins from Asmodeus's POV, which is awesome to read, but after just a few sentences switches to Matthias' pov...

Yea, I think it would be interesting to see something like that.

Life is too short to rush through it.

Probably would be quite interesting! Although personally if I've read one POV of what's going on in a chapter for Redwall than that's enough for me to get the idea. :)

I wonder if anybody has ever tried to do that. Like in a Fan Fiction, for example.

i am that is (Matthias)

The later books are almost entirely in third-person omniscient POV. Personally, I think the series would have done better in the later books if it had stuck with third-person with a focus on two or three characters. I noticed the switch for the first time during Triss.

I'd love it if someone rewrote some of the older books to focus in different POVs. I think Mattimeo in particular would have been interesting from other perspectives; Orlando, Constance, or even Jess Squirrel.
And this world's a fickle measure
I will painfully remind you
I'm a wise man to your red hand
You lay covered in our best sins
Three hits to the heart, love
And it's poetry in motion
