It started as a simple idea, a thought, a "What if" kinda thing that later grew into more, and more, and more!

So today, I am here here to show you my "What if' thought and see what you think!

So, if you know me I love when things from stories come alive.

That is why I love the Songs from Redwall collection!

But I've been thinking, Wouldn't it be cool if everyone could listen to the songs from Redwall, Everyday?

Then it carried on to many more thoughts, then eventually I thought, wouldn't it be cool if there was a Redwall radio station?!

Now, some of you may remember Discast a online radio station that broadcasted Disney Music.

Then I started thinking, (If you can tell, I think a lot) what if there was like a "Redwallcast" or something

Then I was like, "Aw that is to good to be true, It won't happen"

Then I was thinking, What if I could make my own?. . .

But then I realized, that there would be no way for me to broadcast it, But then it struck me!

I can use Grooveshark (A online music thingy) to broadcast Redwall music!

So that is when it begun, Redwall Mousecast!

A "What if" sorta thing that turned in to a project that could end up working out in the end if I can get enough support!

So what are your thoughts? Please tell me in the comments, And vote on the poll!

I think you may need copyright, but it sounds like a cool idea

"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.

What do you mean as in "Copyright" like permission from the Redwall company or that I should copyright Mousecast?

Also, I might do a one time airing of Mousecast, And see if anyone likes it! It would be available only to Forums members, Would anyone listen to it?

Do you think I would need it for a Grooveshark broadcast?

I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

So, on Tuesday (Tomorrow) I think I'll do a test run of Mousecast, It would be 15 min long, Consisting of about 15 songs that vary from all the Redwall books!
Would either 5:15 or 7:30 EST be a good time for all of you?

Also, I would consider emailing Redwall at the "Contact Link" above (It's right next to the forum tag) and running the idea by them, too. Since they sell the Redwall music CD's, it could hurt their business if there was a radio station for it.

I'd totally listen, though. Do you want to be a radio host?
I know of a certain author who was one ::)
"Cowards die a thousand times, a warrior only dies once. The spirits of all you have slain are watching you, Vilu Daskar, and they will rest in peace now that your time has come. You must die as you have lived, a coward to the last!" -Luke the warrior

LordTBT

You're going to need legal permission from Redwall Abbey to pursue this idea. Contact them before doing anything else.

CaptainRocktree

@Gonff & Tammo, All you will need is a working computer, working internet, working sound, and the very, very, secret link I will give to you! ;D

@Tammo, My goal isn't to be a radio host, more for fans to listen to the songs from Redwall, for free!

@Tammo & TBT, I was planning to run the idea by them, But I do not think I would need any legal permission to broadcast the music on Grooveshark, since Grooveshark already has all of that permission!

And for everyone else, at 5:15 & 7:30 EST, I will post a link in the comments that will take you to the stations site! And remember, the more listeners I can get, the more likely it will be a daily thing! So make sure to tune in at one of the times!  ;)
