I actually want everyone who has a sure answer to pick that on the poll
MOD EDIT 1/7/16: This topic is being revived and redone. Since updating the poll on this thread would erase all previous votes, I've gone ahead and removed the poll altogether and replaced it with a new setup that is easy to go in and edit. It also allows for as many changes as people want without erasing any data (though it is, admittedly, not as pretty). If you have a favorite fanfiction, go ahead and post it below (or PM
Captain Tammo if you'd like for it to be anonymous). The new "poll" will be updated regularly so things will always stay up to date. Lastly, I have copied over the data from the existing conversation on this thread and former poll exactly how it is (I've also combined the stories that make up a series into one option of their own, to avoid clutter), so that data has not been erased.

No, I'm just not going to pick mine because that would be a bit selfish; I also know that there are other fan fiction better than mine.

Now I'm tempted to pick the Overwatch because it was my favorite one to write and I am pleased with how it turned out. :P
My fic, The Last Crow, was abandoned long ago. The more apt ones of mine to put on would probably be The Lost Adventures of Martin the Warrior or The Warrior Lives On. Neither are my best work, I admit, but they're my best 'recent' ones. Recent meaning updated in 2012(and that tells you everything about my writing schedule).
Um, could you put my one shot Never Forget on the poll. Or doesn't it count since it's only a one shot. I also have loads of unfinished fan fics, but its unlikely I'll ever finish 'em.
Also, you should add the pass along fanfiction. That's a good 'un.
Um, I guess I'm being picky, but my fic is called The Tale of the Blademaster, not Tales of the Blademaster. :P
And come to think of it, I did really like Blazemane's Warriors and Heroes, so I guess I'll vote that.

Unfortunately, the Fan Fiction section of the forum is far less active than it should be, and many commendable pieces of writing have not been read.
For example, your story, the Eastern Warrior, is quite enjoyable. But as you have observed, not many people have read it.
My favorite fanfic (assuming we can't vote for ourselves ;)) is Mossflower Falls because it offers an interesting tale with nicely woven characters. In addition to this, it's on its way to becoming a completed work, something that, unfortunately, isn't too common on the forum. A completed work offers a lot more excitement because you can actually get involved in the story without worrying about it being discontinued.
As for low view counts (This especially goes for people who've just submitted their works and are feeling a little discouraged), I've noticed just about
all Fanfictions start out with very little views and don't grow too rapidly at the start. It's not until much, much later that they really start getting the views. Also take into account the time of year, specifically the school year. Most kids don't have time to hop on and read a fanfic when they're in the middle of finals. I myself am struggling to do so (I always love reading the fanfics!) and keep up with a deadline for my next fanfic.

I completely agree with Tammo, in terms of Fan-Fiction views/reviews.
Quality written Fan-Fiction is really hard to find, much less found in a completed state. If anyone reading this feels discouraged about the state of their Fan-Fiction, remember that you are not alone. Many well-written books have been ignored by most, much less for an unpublished Fan-Fiction. However, if you persevere, there will be reviews/views. Just keep plugging away, and keep at it. You will only get better at your craft. Enjoy it.
On a lighter note, thanks everyone! I'm flattered to be included on a list with so many great fan-fics. Let's try to maintain this site as a repository of great stories in a world that we all know and love.

Dusktail was the only Fan fiction that I really read but to tell the truth I thought It was amazing. I stopped reading for a bit because life got in the way but I should get back to it.

Yeah, it developed kinda quickly, but I had a limit of 3,100 words. I barely managed to stay within it. :P And they had a few months afterwards to get to know each other better, so it wasn't like they got engaged right away.

Well, since I technically have three options (thank you very much for adding them btw. I feel almost like having your work on this poll makes it a more recognized fanfic), would combining all three 'Simon' stories into one just entitled "Simon Series" or something be more efficient? It'd probably let you add some more options for others!

Yeah I've heard some pretty great things about the Vermin Badger Series. Cairn's a good writer!
The compliments are much appreciated. I'm thinking this survey is more related to fan fictions that are closer to canon. If that is true, than I'll propose the story I did called "A Change of Habit."
If I have to select a story from my Vermin Badger series as something for consideration, I would offer either "Tassel's Tribulations," or "Youthful Disclosure." The other stories might be too long for consideration, which is why I suggested these two.
