How about they also have the ability to magically poison any and all snow, ice, water, and other related liquids within 4 to 5 feet of them? (The poison is deadly and incurable. You can only eliminate it from said snow, ice, water, and other related liquids by soaking or mixing them with the venom of 3 scorpions, all of which must first be infected with rabies.)
