Just dream or talk about dreams
I had a dream where a cop caught me spray painting a building. IT WAS SO SCARY
I have had lots of unusual dreams lately
I had a dream about dying in several brutal ways. It was awful.
The most recent was I was trying to catch someone the entire time and he ended up escaping
Dreams are weird.
People claim it is the rawest version of yourself you will ever experience
Sounds quite accurate

I just dreamed I was sleeping on an air mattress in a library parking lot. This creepy old lady showed up and started talking to me so I politely got out of bed so we could continue the conversation. Then she just flopped down on my bed and I couldn't get her to leave. It was very frustrating.

Maybe our dreams reflect our true selves and inner thoughts...
Or it's just what your brain does when it's bored.
I dreamt that I came across one of my friends from elementary school only to find she had changed a lot. . . Like, a LOT. She had shaved her head, she smoked, she swore a lot. . . It was kind of sad.
Dreams can be like that. It certainly sounds sad.
I had a dream of the words this is a dreamless sleep.
Really? That's strange...

Same here. Most of the time I forget what they were about though. :P
Same. I just wake up feeling.. strange. Or wake up feeling like a I had a weird dream but can't remember.

Exactly.
One dream I had recently scared the livin' tar out of me. :P
I had a dream where I was just standing there, then this... 'thing' came behind me, yelled 'Arrrrrrr!', and ate my head. I woke up crying.
I dreamed about getting tortured. I could not wake up, so until my alarm clock beeped... :(
Oof.
Have any o' you chaps ever had a flippin' lucid dream?
Yeah. It was cool.
Me plus lucid dream equals god mode.
Usually it is only lucid if I have had it before and I know what is going to happen
When I lucid dream, I go on a killing spree.

Er...lol. *Scoots away from One-Eye's dream* ;)
Every once in a while I have a really good dream and I wake up with the most wonderful feeling...
Then two seconds later I forget the dream.
Great.
same.
I could almost wish it never happened.
How many of us here have had dreams that seem very plausible, but has no context. Then, months to years later find themselves in the exact situation they had dreamed?
Also, Revive.
I think I have.
When I'm really, really ill and feverish I always have the exact same dream. I'm in some sort of maze and I'm searching for something (or lots of somethings) but I don't know what it is I'm looking for and I just get more and more stressed out until I wake up.
sounds frustrating
It's scary.
I rarely have dreams (at least, as far as I can remember). When I was younger, I used to have odd, sort of creepy dreams. Most of the time they were shadowy and I was the only person around. The environments where sort of recognizable, like a locker room or a city or whatever, but things would be crazily and unnaturally organized. Like, it's hard to describe. I'll try to recall one that stuck with me as an example.
I'm on an abandoned street, empty buildings all around. Everything is dark and shadowy. There's, like, a storefront window that I look through and inside is just panes of glass standing up, spread around randomly in a large grey room. Then suddenly I'm inside a different, large grey room. Long white curtains are hanging down randomly from the ceiling and billowing in the wind. Everything is still dark and shadowy and the floor angles up steeply and randomly into the walls. Note, I'm the only person around at all times. There are no other "living" things.
I remember a snippet of another one. Once again, everything is dark and shadowy, and I'm floating around (not on my own will), phasing through walls and stuff in a... city, maybe? I float into a room, and then through a large aquarium in the room. The aquarium is empty except for a few fish skeletons.
Yeah, I dunno, but when I think about those dreams I always have a vague sense of unease and am creeped out. -_-
That doesn't sound like a fun dream to have. :(
Quite so -_-
I like sleeping.
I agree wholeheartedly.
I rarely get dreams.
It's kinda fun to get foresight dreams. That feeling of "Wait! I dreamed about this!" is oddly cool.
I most often have dreams that I don't realize I had until I encounter something that contradicts them at some point during the day. Like one dream when Kreg didn't exist in my family...
That's sounds like a really sad dream. (Or maybe not, depending on what your interactions with him were like the day before)
I generally have dreams in third person, which is really weird. And I generally dream about other people more than myself. Sometimes I'm there, but the main character is almost always another person, or I'm not there at all and it's happening to one of my characters or something.
That's interesting! Sometimes my dreams are like I'm watching a movie. I'm not interacting with or doing anything, just watching things play out.
Most of the dreams that I get are good dreams or just plain weird most end on cliffhangers though.

ALL THE TIME. IT'S THE WEIRDEST FEELING. But also fun.
I went through a period of time a little while ago where I had horrible nightmares, of my friends and family dying in terrible painful ways, in unfortunately graphic detail. I still get those occasionally, but not every night anymore. Now I have a hard time remembering my dreams, which makes me sad, because I used to ALWAYS remember them. But I'm getting better at it again.
That's extremely sad; I'm sorry Corn.
The most awful dreams I ever have are the ones in which bad things happen to people I love, rather than bad things happening to me. Those are easier to cope with, but when you are helplessly watching...ugh.

You say your dreams come true months or years later, then mention how you dream about your friends and family perishing miserably. I sincerely hope that those two facts don't have any correlation with each other. If they do, I am so, so sorry.
They're in separate categories.
My cousin read to me the first two chapters of Howl's Moving Castle and I had a really cool dream about it last night. It was so funny.
I didn't know that came in a readable format; cool.
It was a book before it was an anime, I believe. ^-^
The movie for it is fabulous though. The animation displayed is really something else.
I think we have it somewhere, so I'll have to ask if I can watch when we've finished reading the book. ^-^
You definitely should
Will do, sah.
I tend to come out of dreams with particular emotions based on the dream, even if I don't remember the dream itself.
I do remember a recent one where a dude was gonna destroy the world and I asked him not to but he did anyway and I was really angry when I woke up.
What a rude feller.
I had a dream I got a 16 on my school semester and was legitimately anguished about it.
