I intend to have this at Redwall when it gets working again. I'm just posting it here first so that when I forget I can find it here.
Basic Story: There's two great empires at peace with each other. There's a very charismatic guy, who's friends with both rulers, who wants to rule both empires. He manages to convince each ruler that the other want to take over his empire. They declare war on each other and the charismatic guy secretly takes over portions of each empire using mercenaries. By the time the rulers realize this he has amassed a large army. The rulers work together to get rid of him.

You can have whatever you want those are just the ones needed. Also if you're not to opposed this will be humans. And soldiers are men. And you can have as many characters as you want.

Personality: Theodore is a reserved military commander loyal to his faction and unswayable. A precise tactician, he is a bit awkward in social situations outside of the battlefield and throne room. Theodore is highly capable in the field. He got his title by his particular skill in steath and covert operations.
