I'd be very interested to hear people's thoughts on them such as which they like best and why. Especially you non-Homestucks. I think it would be interesting as your opinions on the covers will be based on different reasoning to us fans.
I intend to make a top ten, or at least a top five, for every album with track covers. But not right now, since that took the better part of two hours to compile.

Depending on how fast you read, you could be done within a month. I know of someone who read the entire comic up to something called "GAME OVER" in three days.
Holy cows. What did they do, sit at the computer all day every day?! I was thinking of trying to at least get started on it this summer, I SHOULD have a month sometime. (So. Much. Dance. Also the family reunion, but meh, that's one week.)

I feel like plugging The Silver Eye webcomic (http://thesilvereye.com) here. It's a great comic, albeit confusing at first because you don't know all the pieces of the puzzle. Keep reading, and things will become way clearer. The fandom is small and cozy and the author, Laura Hollingsworth, interacts with her fans. I love it.
