The nice lady and the boyfriend guy (that's what me and my sisters call them) own the house I am currently living in, and as they didn't ask us about removing any ghosts that may haunt the premises or whatever, I assume they don't mind Kade hanging around, so he isn't trespassing on private property. Besides, we're moving to a different house in a few weeks, and Kade's coming with us, so you don't have to call the Ghostbusters on him, because he won't be "trespassing" anymore.
