What that's from is a speech she gave at the U.N. over climate change. Apparently (I haven't watched the videos) she says that several times.
Without going into the climate change topic,
I might not agree with most of these politicians and how they run their countries, but a country is an awfully large entity to oversee, without dealing with climate change legislation.

Probably the Georgia peaches. They're rather nearby, fair-sized, and are the typical peach. If you are asking what their scientific name is, then I have no idea.
