  Er, sort of.  It's a real-ish fireplace.  Actual fire comes out of it, but it's just got a pilot flame/light thingy.  The wood isn't even real!  ::)

  TPBM has a chandelier in their house.

Correct! I hate McDonalds because they have nothing vegetarian that isn't a burger.
TPBM is a Steampunk fan, but has never heard any of Abney Park's music. If this is the case, click on the link in my signature. It will remedy that.

Yes! Steampunk! (But yes, the only steampunk music I have heard is Steam Powered Giraffe. They are pretty awesome, though. You should look them up, and I will look up Abney Park. ;D Deal?)

On the subject of steampunk, TPBM has read Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld. Excellent book.

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.
