Which series is the most accurate out of the three? I've currently only seen "Redwall".

It's either Martin the Warrior or Mattimeo.

They were on there, but they've been gone for a while  :(

One can also watch them on Amazon Video (I might invest in some favorite episodes myself)

Yes, Amazon has them. (My siblings went through a phase of watching them. :P) There are a few on Youtube, but I don't know how many exactly.
