Oh on a side note there is someone going around posting rather long lists of advertisements....

Anyone see anything they like?

I'll see something I like when that junk gets deleted and the spambot banned: Real posts.

I agree, at first I thought the one spambot was kinda funny going around posting random stuff.

But its getting kind of annoying.

James where are you when we need you!?!?

"Forumitis" sounds more like a term for forum addiction to me. ;D

No, the suffix -it is specifically refers to inflammation.

ROTS Anakin vs. TPM Obi-Wan, who wins?

(That's when the two characters are closest in age. It really puts into perspective how much more powerful the former is supposed to be.)

Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

Anakin, he was a full-blown knight at that point. Obi Wan had to be in ROTS form to beat him. I don't think TPM Obi Wan could, he was still a padawan.

ROTS form? You sound like a Pokemon master.

Would these be good aliases for the Horsemen of the Apocalypse?

Death=Morty? (Mort=Death in Latin) Thane? (Like the Greek Thanatos)
War=Warren? Warner?
Famine=Fabian?
Pestilence=Page? Perseus? (It means "destroyer")

"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.

The Skarzs

Those from PJO and other of Riordan's works?

No. Morty is like the Latin Mort meaning "death" and I derived Thane from Thanatos, the Greek death god. Warren has war in it and Warner means "warrior". Fabian is the only F name I can think of. Page is a bit like "plague" and Perseus means "destroyer".

I like Warner and Page.  I don't know how agreeable these characters are, but whether you name the one Morty or Thane is partially dependent upon that trait.
Fabian is good.  I really like Farlan, as far as F names go.  (Like Farlan from AoT.)  Farlan sounds like the name of a strong, smart, kind-but-unwelcoming-but-overall-likable character.
