Redwall Abbey

This is my first RP so tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
OK the plot is that there is an evil wandering horde master with a bunch of slaves he has gathered over the years. He has always watched Salamandastron and wanted it for himself. He knows that there isn't any firedragons in Salamandastron, but doesn't know what is in there. One day he sends a group of slaves to Salamandastron and sets up camp near it but out of sight so he can make sure that they don't run for it and not be seen. The slaves would come back with the Information and then he would attack Salamandaston many times. That's it.

Well, I suggest that you don't tell the entire plot in the OOC post. Let the roleplayers find out for themselves. Roleplaying is a team effort; don't try to control it. The way you're telling it, you know exactly where you're gonna steer the story, and you'll be keeping it caged.

Basically; have your plan in mind, and create scenes that steer it along that path. But don't have every detail mapped out, leave room for 'exploring' the characters, the situation. Like free-range livestock. And keep your plan to yourself(its more fun that way!).

But that's just my two cents. You can do what you wish.

Appearance:Instead of white stripes, Bryony has dark grey ones. Other than that, her fur is typical badger. She wears a rough mountain brown tunic, belted at the waist with a sling made of shark's-skin. Sandals.
Weapon: The sling that she uses as a belt, and a mace without a chain.
Rank:Badger Lady of Salamandastron
Personality:Strict, but kind, stubborn. Bryony laughs easily, and is sweet, but also commanding.

Species: Squirrel, if that's OK

Appearance:Brown squirrel with red tints in her fur, a very raggy tunic tied with rope at the waist. Very raggy boots.
Weapon: None, really. But a very good shot with a bow, and a swords-squirrel.
Rank:Slave, going to the mountain.
Personality:Sweet, kind, and determined. AScared out of her skin more than half the time, but doesn't show it, and always tries to help and encourage. Fierce and feisty, when she makes up her mind there's nothing stopping her.

I'd just like you to know that even though I'm not joining this rp (mainly because the only character I have been using lately is a good cat which isn't allowed in this rp (I think I've become obsessed with him)) it has a really great storyline and I hope it lasts for ages.

Appearance: Brown and black-striped fur, with gaps from countless scars. One scar cuts right down the right side of his face, discoloring his eye; one is blue, the other a  red. He has metal studs mounted in his paws permanently.
Weapon: Used to use an axe, but now he uses anything he can lay his paw on.
Rank: Slave
Personality: Dark. He sees no joy in anything. He only wishes to be left alone, and kill those who would do evil. His laws are twisted by his own tortured mind.
History: Vargha's parents were killed, and he was beaten as a young creature by their killers. This traumatic experience left a permanent mark on him. He has wandered around literally looking for trouble to put an end to. He was ambushed and trapped by Mintagerun, and kept as a prize, bound by many strong chains and kept beaten into submission.

Thats fine, but one question. Is the ever a cougar in redwall? If not please change it to something that is, and not a good wildcat because those are bad.  :-\ Also I need to know if the slave is with the horde or not (please be with, please be with!).

He's fine with the horde and because of that he can be a wildcat. It would be kind of weird for him to be going to Salamandastron with the rest of them.

Personality: Extremely introverted, loyal, dedicated to independence, consumed with hatred for Mintegaerun. So far has not spoken one word...
History: The vermin captured him as a traveler in the south this season. He was traveling by himself carrying a rapier, and a sack of provisions and nothing else. He killed three vermin trying to capture him, and when his rapier broke, was subdued. When Mintegaerun came over, Skyle went berserk and killed one of his guards with the stump of his rapier and tried to killed Mintegaerun, wounding him on the footpaw. Mintegaerun ordered him starved for three days. Since then, the squirrel has done nothing but sit, stare, and brood. His history beyond that, none but he knows...

That history has quite a bit of PP in it, what with the whole him-almost.kill.and.injuring.Mintageriun.badly.

Is a newt kind of like a small lizard? If so, then he or she can be a mercenary.

 A newt is a type of aquatic salamander that is found in Britain. Thus, it is effectively a amphibian that looks a lot like a lizard!! ;D( I'm a armature herpetologist) ;D

Even has a knife blade permanently embedded in his shoulder. Wears only a fish skin tunic with various sharp objects stuck in it.
Weapons:Bone dagger,sling and old spearhead for emergencies.
Rank:Mercenary/ secretly a spy for Salamandastron.
Personality:Secretive,angry,argumentative,sometimes savage,shy and bent on revenge( see "History").
History:His early life only he knows of, but when he was young he was captured by a vermin band of whom tortured him and gave him his scars for life.Many seasons later,some members of the Long Patrol chased the vermin away,who then joined Mingerun's horde.But in the process of chasing the vermin away,
they also mistook Yirrit for the enemy and drove a knife blade deep into his shoulder, where it soon snapped.Mistaking him for dead they moved on, where they left him to wander. Making a living off of a river not too far from the mountain fortress. But eventually all of his work was destroyed by Mingerun and he left to find the mountain where he has been a spy for the badger lord ever since.

  Er, regarding your post, as I was not there for the previous pages of posting, you may not want Skyle to be the one to sum up what's happened.  I did my best to get caught up (skimming all the pages in an effort to get to know Skyle's character better), but I'm afraid I'm not entirely familiar with what all's happened, other than that they escaped somehow and got into the mountain, and are now currently in a chamber talking with the badger lady over tea.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but I was only asked this morning to join, so I'm still a bit out of the loop.
