Just a few small things for today:
I fixed the bug in the Mentions section; it should now be possible to view mentions past the first page.
I added a few new emoticons (which can be found in the pop-up tab) to most emoticon sets (except for Aaron's; those will hopefully come later).

Finally, I took down an emoticon set that nobody had been using.
