Looks like you have the general idea. I'd avoid the marquee scroll though. Text is more than enough to say what you want. I notice you have some code in there about font size. I don't believe that is permitted in signatures....you can only use the standard text size.

But as Lurta said, I don't think different text sizes work in signatures. I also know you can't have different size text that moves.
