Basically it's like The first thing that comes to mind, but you need to post whatever first comes to mind and then the first thing that comes to mind of the thing that came to mind! I'll try to demonstrate.

P1: Fern. Then he has to post whatever springs to mind off of fern. And so on and so forth!

I'll start:

Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.
