Uh, where did you get an army? You're a semi-rebellious country, but you've been integrated for nearly an hundred years, there's an army actively occupying Scotland in addition to the troops normally stationed there as a police force!

I didn't "attack" Scotland, I sent an army to reinforce occupying forces. For heaven's sake, Scotland technically rules England at this period, the throne is occupied by a Scottish King!

OOC: Vilu, who is making these demands? I have no idea what is going on. Besides, Scotland can't rebel for no reason. Let Scotland alone and work with something that isn't dominated by a major power!
