   Inherently, life is pain. It is also everything else, positive and negative. There is never a moment that is purely positive or purely negative, and it is human nature to focus on the negative. But there's always a silver lining, and often there's a great deal more silver than that. It balances out, really.

It wasn't overeating, really. It fit in the bowl (it was a big bowl and barely fit). I probably shouldn't have had that ice cream either, but that is done and finished. I don't feel bad, it just didn't taste good anymore.
