I mean, you can take a guess based on the context.  Olympia could be referring to multiple things, but lets say it's referring to the Olympics.  The Olympics is where the best go to compete.  So, Mr. Olympia would be a person that is the personification of that.  (In reality, Mr. Olympia is the title given to the winner of some international body building competition.)
