  TPBM has an annoying neighbour.  (I have a neighbour that my whole family has nicknamed "Mr. NASCAR" not because he races cars (although he does race cars), but because he works on his car in his driveway and loves to rev the engine.  He doesn't have a muffler.  It gets R E A L L Y loud.  So loud that we have to pause the TV and yell at the dog to stop howling at him.  Thankfully he doesn't do it so much anymore, 'cause enough of the other neighbours complained, but he still does it on occasion and it kinda drives me insane.  (Heh, drives.))
