Do ermine count? (from Rakkety Tam)

Good Q. But there are ermine in the book Bellmaker. And ermine is just another name for stoat.

Guys, if the beetle was dead, it had to be alive in the Redwall world at some point in time.

Oh yeah...forgot about those.

I took that list from the wiki, so there might be some that weren't listed. Like the turtle.

Um, wasn't that Slagar? I'm sure it goes something like this...  "...Slagar watched a beetle crawl out of the rotten wood, and neatly pierced it with a single claw."
That was Damug

I Know that was Slagar. Damug might have done that too though.

I think so too. A Stoat is the male and an ermine is the female I think.

Ungatt Trunn

What about that whale from Pearls Of Lutra?

Life is too short to rush through it.

The Skarzs

I don't remember a whale. . . but it has been a while.

I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

No. I am reading Rakkety Tam now, and there are two male ermine... They got left behind to try to repair Gulo's ship, and tried to attack Tam and Dooogy when they lit the ship on fire. Last thing they ever did.
