Yeah, don't let your emotions control your fire bending, use your emotions to control your fire bending.

Also, never let your emotions create the fire. Only control fire that is already there with emotions. Emotions can be dangerous, but mostly because they're very powerful.

I mean, you don't have to be angry, just be firm and don't put up with rebellion.
