I was wondering how do you lock a topic and how do you move a topic because I had I topic moved and I've founed lots of topics locked

You can't do that only Mods and Admins can

Yup. Only us mods as admins can. Funnily enough, this topic needs to be moved, to Suggesions and Concerns. I'll also combine this with the Q&A thread, it doesn't really need its own topic.

Is there a way to make a topic that can only be accessed from another topic. I have an idea for something, but I don't think its worth taking up click a topic space I just plan to connect to in my Requests and Random drawing
