An odd formation to fall in. I question the actual possibility that physics would allow that.

It's the Welcome to Night Vale logo except more detailed. I think it may be the Glow Cloud hovering above Night Vale but it's more likely that they just thought it looked cool.

Hmm... kinda looks like an eye in the sky, with a silhouette of a water tower in there too.  It's quite eerie.
