Judging by the few times I've had Hersheys, I am in complete agreement with you. It's not particularly great. Lindt is good, Cadbury's is tolerable but its fallen since the Aussies bought it out, Donavan's is pretty good and Whittaker's is undoubtably the best. (In my experience, anyway. I haven't tried everything

Good question. I'm not sure about brands and such but my least favourite filling/flavour would have to be peanut butter. (Yuck!)

Dark chocolate can be delicious or disgusting, depending on the kind. Dark Ghana is good but some of the other, less cocoa percentage ones aren't. (Dark Ghana is 72% cocoa, 62% is tolerable and anything less is "I'll put up with it if I absolutely have to but I'd rather have some peanut butter.") Then after 50% you get into milk chocolate and they're all good again.
