Afraid both versions of this show were a little outside my time period, so I can't say I know anything about who I'm supposed to represent. A quick google search didn't reveal much either, so I'm guessing this is some form of side character.

Having never seen the show I'm unsure how I'd really feel about any placement, though I would imagine that if Scrooge lived up to his name (that being an extremely stingy and abrasive person with a lust for all things shiny), I'd probably sit myself in that chair.
