I dunno. Sometime, I get the feeling that Ruff and Tuff are WAY smarter than they let on. Both of them know more than one language, and they both randomly start babbling out pretty clever facts. I think they choose to appear dim if anything.

Really? I dunno. I thought they were all pretty cool. I guess it depends on the episodes. For the record, these aren't obviously *that* accurate. And I was running out of girl characters.  :P
