Why is there an accent on the letter 'E'? I thought it was Pokemon.
Because there's supposed to be? Unfortunately it's the wrong accent. The Pokemon accent points right.
I thought that looked strange?? but im at work so i didnt have a lot of time to check or fuss over details or answer my own questions and i still dont haha my boss hates me
This app is awesome! My brother and I have been spending a whole lot of time outside just walking around. Sadly, our house is only infested with Ratatats.
So, What exactly is Pokemon go?
Pokemon GO is the newest game! Its a Real Life Adventure fame, played on cellphones, and uses gps to place pokemon in your real life world! Its fantastic. Theres a map that shows markers and gyms and pokestops and pokemon. If you tap the pokemon it uses your camera to place it in your world and you throw pokeballs at it to catch it!! You can be on one of three teams: Blue, Yellow, or Red. Foght opponent gyms and rise to the top to become a Pokemon Master!!!
Im on team yellow, because red had already taken over most of my town. Its no fun without a challenge!!
My town is pretty evenly matched right now. I'm gonna join blue team. There's a Facebook page for our city lol. Anyways, there's almost no Pokemon around my large neighborhood, but I found a TON in town. Caught three in two minutes. Spent twenty poke balls or so on a vulpis, maybe thirty. I chose Squirtle as my starter, what about you guys? Also, diglett, duduo, and butter free and my favorite Pokemon.
THERES NOTHING BY MY HOUSE AND I CANT GO WALKING BECAUSE THERES NO SERVICE.
But theres a ton of pokemon amd pokestops amd gyms around my work! So I wander around there in my spare time before/after. Caught a bunch in about 45 mins!
I picked bulbasaur as my starter by accident!
Woah, That sounds pretty cool. Im not really into Pokemon, but I might give this a try! ;D

I actually have played sorta like Team Rocket occasionally. How? With a GAMESHARK of course. I enable a cheat for my pokemon games (on gameboy) that allows me to catch other trainer's pokemon. It's fun.
Once, somebody and I swapped Pokemon just so I could try out their legendary. I never traded it back.

I'm Cancerous, but that description underneath is COMPLETELY WRONG. (For me, anyway. In real life.) I probably should be a mix of Capricorn and Sagittarius. :P I don't name anything in Pokemon GO because all I have is a bulbasaur. (My neighbourhood is awful, and I don't have phone data). In mainstream games, I still don't name them, because I think of lousy names.

My cousin K got this game exactly one week ago. . . . We were at the zoo that day. She ended up wandering around the zoo with her face stuck in her phone until it died. At least my other cousin had the decency only to put his phone away near the animals.
Everyone I know is obsessed with this game, as well as I. There is this place right by my house with a gym and 6 Pokestops. I have a well supply of everything.
I played this game a lot when it came out but have started falling out of it. I'm on a college campus so there are pokemon superfans everywhere running around with crazy good pokemon. There was a level 10 red gym I found on campus that had 10 pokemon all above CP 2,500 and the top three were all CP 3,000+ Dragonites. Like how?! I'm on team yellow and my best pokemon is just barely CP 1,000. I'd get crushed!!! lol
So yeah, I haven't played in a few days.
I downloaded the game to my work phone, so I can only play while I'm working and only in and around the building. I allowed my coworkers to use the account to catch Pokemon and incubate my eggs (oh that sounds weird), and they used up all my Pokeballs. >:( It was fun for a while, though it was addicting and distracting, but my experience is like Leo's: my college campus is a hotspot of activity with numerous gyms in the area being defended by a lineup of 2000+ CP Pokemon. I have a 600+ CP Pidgeotto??
I'm Team Instinct and have a lot of yellow pride. My starter was a Bulbasaur. I'm a Pisces; is that chart supposed to be opposite? Also, I name all of my Pokemon after anime characters whose names start with the same letter or fit the Pokemon.
Not specifically related to Pokémon GO but I'm going to start naming all of my Pokémon after book characters - mostly my own characters because I'm arrogant like that. I've assigned Pokémon to most of the main cast of BR (plus several minor characters).

I work in the student union at my university; it's the largest and busiest building on campus. I'm one of the building managers. The manager on duty carries a phone with them for external calls (and catching Pokemon), in addition to their radio for internal calls.
