We're starting right now"..............(kit was Supposed to post her sheet tonight and she gave me permission to say that if she did not then) I could tell everyone that she's a lair and breaks her promises, so I just did! Scratch that, she posted it in OOC just now!!!
Abbess Lavender was strolling in the orchard, just enjoyed the afternoon...deep in thought, not watching where she was going, then all of the sudden.......BONK!!!! She hit her head on an apple!!! Not bonked too badly, she plucked the apple and stared polishing it on her sleeve. Walking back toward the Abbey,thinking about the Feast the next day. Taking a bite of the apple she walked out of the orchard.
OOC: True, true. Fortunately, I was able to get back on this evening. Technically not a liar yet. Yay for honesty! (Or, as Dor would misspell, 'Onesti'.)
BIC: "Lel- lend a paw with the drinks, would you?" With a nod to the mouse who had asked, Leliah made her way toward the Cellars. On the way, she nearly bumped into the Abbess. "Oops- sorry, Mother Abbess. I was just on m'way to get some drinks ready. They need all the paws they can get down there." She noticed the apple in Abbess Lavender's paw. "Ooh, are the apples ready t'harvest? Apple-pickin's my favorite time."
Oh, do they need help??? I'll be right down when I finish my apple!! Yes, I do believe there ready!!
A young haremaid and a young badger stood outside the gates f Redwall Abbey. The haremaid who's name was Tango stepped up to the gate and knocked on it hard with her dagger handle. "Hello the jolly old Abbey. Could you open the blinking gate for a poor starving hare and a moody badger wot!" She stepped away. "Sie I think you may need to knock wot."
Sie huffed, and stepped up to the gate and banged on it hard with his club. "Oi mice open the gate!"
Abbess Lavender thought she heard banging and somebeast talking at the gate. As shevwent over to check, she heard something like a club banging at the gate, so she called "Friend or Foe?? Identify yourself!!!!"
Tango called back. "Friend wot. A blinking badger and jolly old hare who'll die if not fed within the next ten spiffing minutes!"
Abbess Lavender shouted back as she was opening the gate" Well you'll have to waits few more than that!!! Is that my old friend Tango??"

Sister Ambrosine came over. She was a pretty young mouse with reddish headfur braided down her back. "Is somebeast at the gate?" she asked.
Yes, I do believe it's Tango, with some beast!!!
Abbess Lavender opened the gate, inviting the haremaid and badger inside. Sister Ambrosine smiled and addressed Tango and Sie. "Hello, I'm Ambrosine. Welcome to Redwall! We've heard a lot about you from Mother Abbess."
Tango smiled winningly, Sie who had never been to Redwall looked around in silent amazement. "Why good Abbess Lavy, it has been a blinking while hasn't it wot. Now good sport, I have with me a letter from the good old Badgerlord himself. He asks you to shelters us poor beasts and maybe knock some good manners into his troublesome son here, wot."
Sie growled dangerously but Tango just flicked him on the nose. "Oh be off with you young ripe, and show respect for your jolly old elders wot."
Tango and Sie entered, Sister Ambrosine talking to them. "If you two are hungry, don't worry, Redwall has the best food you ever tasted!" She flicked some stray wisps of headfur out of her green eyes.
Just then a few Dibbuns, headed by a tiny volebabe, came up to the mouse Sister. "Sista Ambuhsine, c'mon, will ya play wid us?"
Ambrosine smiled at them. She enjoyed playing with the Abbeybabes. "Of course. Just a moment." She turned to Sie and Tango. "Excuse me, please. The little ones want me." Then she hurried off with the Dibbuns, who herded her towards the orchard.
Tango rubbed her paws together it had been a long time since she had eaten proper food, and Redwall food was the best. "I'll head off to the jolly old kitchen then. Sie could carry our belongs up to whatever rooms we'll be staying." And with that she hurried off.
Sie who was left with the baggage, kicked the wall, not even flinching.
After the Abbess had answered Leliah's question, the shrewmaid continued to the cellars. She got there just in time to assist an otter with a large cask of October Ale. She helped roll it up the stairs and into Great Hall, then went back for another one. She had helped with two more casks, these of Strawberry Fizz and dandelion and burdock cordial, when she saw Tango leave and Sie kick the wall. The badger didn't look very happy. Leliah joined him, a friendly smile on her face.
"Hello! Huh. Y'look about as cheerful as a bucket o' boiled birds. Is anything wrong?"
Sie turned around to face Leliah. "No everything is not alright. I've been dragged away from Salamanderstron where all my friends are, and have had to travel with a half insane haremiad, who seems only to talk of food, and doing her duty." Sie growled, "And I'm being treated like a child by my father, even though without me he couldn't have ever defeated a horde of searats that turned up on our shores. But all I did was not listen to one instruction and he's shipping me off here."
Leliah carefully hid a smile before answering. "Sounds like you've had quite a time of it. In fact, y'sound like I did a few seasons ago. Hmm... Tell me- have you ever gone apple-pickin' before?"
OOC: sorry I've been away so long-moving y'see!!
BIC: Abbess Lavender finished securing the Main Gate, walking over to Sie and Leliah, in time to hear her ask if he had ever been apple-picking "it's just about time to start picking them; it's good fun!!! now im off to make sure Tango hasn't eaten us out of lock, stock and barrel, as they say!!" so she started to walk toward the Kitchens....

Enthaladna, the abbeys Warrior, had been watching the badger and the hare from the wall tops, She climbed down the wall stairs to great them she walked up to Sie and said "Why hello you must be Sie you are the splitting image of you father. I'm Enthaladna and as the Abbey Warrior I would like to formally welcome you to Redwall Abbey. I would be willing to give you a tour once you get settled and If you need any thing just ask,"
Sie was a little taken aback by how nice everyone was, and when he was asked if he had ever been apple-picking he replied in a rather surprised voice, "No, that's left to the hares, and a tour would be alright I guess."

Tango shouted in outrage at all the kitchen staff, with the Friar at their head holding a rolling pin. "Well that wasn't exactly a fair fight! All I wanted was a bit of tucker, you Tyrant."
She walked away with sore paws, head, and tail. Then she noticed a group of Dibbuns being thrown out of the kitchens too. Tango giggled evilly to herself, before walking over to the Dibbuns. "Why hello little chums, I see that grub swipper has cast you lot out too. How about we join forces to defeat the Tyrant once and for all."
The Dibbuns cheered, and Tang giggled evilly again.
At that moment Abbess Lavender walked up " why, Tango, what's the joke?? Hmmmm?? It wouldnt have to with raiding the Kitchens, hmm???"
Tango and her Dibbun allies shook their heads innocently, "Why Abbess, I'm hurt that you would even think of such a thing wot. It burns me down to the soul that me, and my friends could be accused of such a thing wot." a sly looked past from Tango to the Dibbuns.
Sister Ambrosine appeared with several other Dibbuns around her, clinging to her dress. Many were yawning and rubbing their eyes. But the tiny volebabe was yelling uproariously. "No, we don' wanna go to bed!"
Ambrosine chided him gently. "Come on, up to the dormitories with you. Dibbuns need a nap in the afternoon." The mousemaid looked from Tango to the Abbess to the other Dibbuns grouped around the haremaid. "These little ones need their afternoon nap. Come on then, Dibbuns." With some prompting from Abbess Lavender, the somewhat-sleepy Abbeybabes followed Ambrosine upstairs, although the very tiny volebabe wasn't too pleased with the idea of having a nap. He kept screaming "DAB!" at the top of his lungs, but was finally put to bed by the Sister.
Tango, why don't you take a walk in the orchard with me? it's been awhile! *takes Tango by the arm, and starts pulling her toward the orchard*
"Easy old gel, don't pull me blinking arm off wot." Tango said jokingly as she walked with the good Abbess. "How's things been at the old Abbey then wot." Tango said looking about her.
good, good...nothing extraordinary...what about the Mountain ?? any news?? ;)
Tango shrugged, "Except the jolly old badgerlord and his son Sie are having issuse not really. We've had a few vermin attacks but nothing we couldn't handle."
really?? and how is the Badger Lord Faring?? and Lady Serena?? and what sort of issues? i hear that Badger Lord and his son have issues....
Tango laughed out loud, "Issues? There blooming out bursts, and the Lady Serena is fine. Just upset with Sie, he slaughtered a load of unarmed consairs who had surrendered. The argument between him and his father later was terrible, you could hear them down in the mess, wot."
(by this time their at the pond ;)) oh, no! that's horrible! more so since they surrendered!! i certainly see now why Sie was sent here...
Tango nodded gravely. "There is more, but I was asked to keep quiet. It happened with Sie and Lord Juin, so I have no right to say anything, wot." Tango looked like she wanted to say something but was trying to stay quiet.
Ah.....Tango, you do realize that I have a right to know? And do I look like someone who blab it all over the place?? I can assure you, if I am asked to keep quite, then I WILL keep quite!! The very IDEA that I can't be trusted!!! Humph!
Ukun Pres the infirmary mouse scolded the dibbun as he ran off. "Don't you dare play in the brambles again, I've got enough work to do without you dibbuns getting hurt every 5 minutes." With a sigh, he sat back in his chair. Young creatures could be so tiresome.
Tango shook her head, "I'm sorry Abbess, my lips are sealed." She drew a her paw across her mouth as if locking her lips together.
" Tango! Did you not just hear me say that I have a right to know?? Do NOT make me banish you from the Kitchens!!" By now the Abbess was getting more than a little angry.
"Oh, alright!" Tango blurted, "Sie had an argument with old Captain Quickpaw. They were standing near some stairs and Sie, slashed out at him. He fell down the stairs, and died." Tango's voice dropped very low at these last words. "I just came out of a room and saw it all happen. No on knows, except me, Lord Juin, and Lady Serena. And as you know, Quickpaw was my uncle. I have forgiven him, Sie didn't mean to kill him. Quickpaw broke his neck you see wot."
Oh, that IS horrible! I'm so sorry about your uncle, Tango!Well, don't worry! Tomorrow we're having a feast, you know! It's for the harvest. Have you already been shown your room?
Tango shook her head, "No, I left Sie to take the things to our rooms."
"Alright, then! I imagine you're hungry, Tango? After all, when is a hare NOT hungry?" Lavender chuckled at her joke, while leading Tango to the kitchens.
On the way to the kitchen himself, Brother Andio met up with The Abbess and Tango. He smiled at them and said, "On your way to the kitchens are you? I'm going there myself!"
Tango nodded happily, "Oh yes old brother thingy. We're on our way to the jolly old scoff room wot."
"Oh, hello, Brother! How has your day been? I haven't seen you around since breakfast! Tango, only you would call the Kitchens a 'scoff room'!

Bree should've been honored to be appointed as Captain, covering Quickpaw as he was out sick. She couldn't help but feel an unease as the previous Captain was always a strong willed sort, always putting duty as a first. But as the days dragged on she couldn't help wonder where the Captain had gone to.
Walking up the weatherworn steps to the infirmary she knocked firmly on the door before boldly entering.
"Sah?" Bree asked, her bright blue eyes scanning the room. There was no beast there.
Heading towards the Badger Lord's room she knocked firmly against the thick wooden door.
"Sah?" she asked yet again.
A firm deep voice resounded from the room, "Enter."
Rolling her shoulders back Bree opened the door and stood stiff to attention.
"At ease Captain," the Badger Lord said addressing the young hare.
"My Lord," Bree said saluting and looked into the badger Lord's eyes.
"I'm wondering what happened to Captain Quickpaw, sah."
Turning his eyes out to sea the Badger Lord heaved a deep sigh, "I'm guessing he's not in the sick bay Captain?"
"No sah, I checked meself," Bree stated studying the Badgers strong face.
Heaving another sigh the Badger Lord went to close the door and locked it firmly.
"I'm afraid I must tell you something Bree. But you mustn't tell anybeast. Captain Quickpaw has unfortunately passed on to the silent meadows."
Taking in a huge gulp of air Bree closed her eyes. Captain Quickpaw was always there for her giving her advice when she needed it.
"How did this happen sah?" Bree said recovering herself.
"My son, Sie," the Badger Lord whispered softly quickly wiping his eyes.
Clenching her fists Bree's eyes hardened. She never had really like Sie, he never followed the rules and always caused a ruckus. Saluting once more Bree moved towards the door, "Thank you sah, I shall go to my chambers to weep for the good Captain."
The Badger Lord nodded once lost again in his thoughts. But Bree wouldn't be weeping this night. She was going to her rooms to think....

BIC After Sie had been shown his room, and had left Tango's bags in her room, he went off to explore.
Redwall Abbey was a big place, comfortable too. Sie was surprised his father Lord Juin, would have sent him here, of all places. It was easy going, and Sie was sure he would get away with whatever he liked.
Sie was currently walking through the Orchard, plucking an apple off one of the trees he bit deep into it. The apple was still a little hard, but it was edible.

Tango sniffed at the Abbess remark, "Scoff room, is a perfect term for it, wot."
Tango then turned, and hurried toward the Abbey calling behind her, "Come on chaps, there is scoff that needs to be scoffed wot!"
"You go on, Tango! I'm going to go .....Ah.....Never mind, I'll catch up later!" Then the abbess went to find Sie, to talk to him, as he sounded like one very unhappy badger.
It has been very good Mother Abbess. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go get a load of onions from the garden for the friar. He is making a wonderful spring soup for supper tonight!
Oh, how nice! I do love his Spring Soup!

Dawn was breaking over the calm sea in Slamandastron. But the amount of hares in the mess was considerably less. All were at their chambers silently packing for the march ahead.
Creeping down to the mess Captain Bree stands on the table ready to address the silent hares.
Clearing her throat she begins, "Mates and comrades, good beasts all. We journey from our dear old mountain this morn to avenge the good Captain Quickpaw. All beasts good an willing to leave the rock must sign this letter here to resign from the Long Patrol. Sorry mates but I'm not willing to live in a mountain where the leaders kill their mates, eh wot, wot?"
Swift nods were shared round as the hares sign there names on the letter one by one resigning from the famous Long Patrol. Of course Bree didn't inform everyone in the mountain or else no beast would be there to defend the shores of Mossflower. Once everyone finished signing the letter Captain Bree shouldered her pack and left the note on the table.
They would now start the long march to Redwall as a band of hares. The Justice group.

BIC Sie, after eating his apple, sat down at the base of a tree. He buried his head in his paws. Why had Quickpaw been such a fool. He should have never tried to blackmail me. Then I lost my temper, and look what's happened. Sie thought. What a mess.

Tango marched into the kitchens accompanied by half the abbey's dibbuns. "Good day you kitchen chaps. We've come to get some jolly scoff." She said happily.
The Friar came forward holding a big, wooden rolling pin. He was a tall, well built hedgehog and didn't take any nonsense from anyone. "Your not having anything." He growled.
Tango sighed, "Well chaps, nothing for it wot. CHARGE!"
Tango, and the dibbuns charged waving sticks.
The kitchen staff, headed by the Friar also charged. It was quite a battle, but the kitchen staff had been tricked. While they were fighting, Tango, and only half the dibbuns, the rest of the dibbuns had sneaked in through a window, and were grabbing all the food they could, and stuffing it into sacks or carrying it.
Tango seeing her work here was done, gave the signal to the looters, and then called, a retreat.
Later, when Tango's group had met back up with the looting dibbuns, they all ran off into a back corner of the Orchard to enjoy their prize.
Brother Andio was in the Garden next to the orchard getting the onions when he heard alot of crunching. He walked over to here the sound came from and saw Tango and the abbeybabes eating a whole bunch of food. He knew from past experience that they raided the kitchens alot, so he guessed they had done the same now. He ran at the dibbuns pretending to be very angry. All the Abbeybabes ran off fast, each carrying some food with them. Soon all that was left was Tango sitting eating so Andio addressed her.
"Tango, What were you doing?"
OOC: Tango is a girl.
OOC: Oops :-[
OOC: ATTENTION!!! Anyone wanting to make a vermin or hare character may do so, provided they only have 1 character already.
BIC: The Abbess went on her way looking for Sie, finding him she asked "Do you mind if we chat, Sie??"
OOC: I'm going to wait until someone joins me as a hare of this Justice thingy before I continue. I don't want to seem like I'm just talking to myself.

Tango looked a little crestfallen that her little friends had all run away, but smiled at the angry Brother. "Oh you know wot. Only the usual, I was just about to teach me, friends how to make daisy chains. Care to join us wot."
"Oh, no reason really..You just seem like an unhappy badger, that's all.....Do you want to talk? I forced Tango to tell me what happened...I hope you don't mind." Lavender said.
Just then Remen strolled up rolling to barrels. "Ah Tango I see you have some food.Would you mind if I join you with some ale?"
You may not Remen! That is stolen food that they took from the kitchen!
Tango looked physically hurt at this comment, "Sir, you have dared question my honour. This food was in no way stolen, no." Tango then smiled, "It was looted, now come here Remen roll up the ale!" She jumped up and helped her old friend.

Brother Andio, with a loud 'Hmph' turned around and walked in a huff, knowing he had lost the argument.
Sie was taken aback by the furosity he had been spoken to, and sat back down his eyes full of tears, "I never meant to kill him!" he wailed, "He came at me, because I was going to tell me father about what he did to the vermin who surrendered! Everyone had blamed me, because I had been there! Quickpaw killed them, I was going to tell me father, but he then came after me, and said he'd do something, and make it look like I had done it. I got angry, and hit him. He fell done the stairs just as Tango came out of a room. No one believed me when I told them the truth. They all said it was excuses. Except Tango, my mother, and Lord Juin me dad. They sent me away because they knew how bad the uproar would be when everybeast discovered that Quickpaw was dead!"

Tango smiled now that the bossy Brother was gone, and set about eating again.

Sister Ambrosine was in the orchard, and couldn't help but overhear the conversation. She came and stood by Sie, her green eyes soft with sympathy. "You mean, Sie, that Quickpaw killed some vermin and you got in trouble for it?! That's terrible!"
When Enthal was looking for Cie she came upon Tangos escapade.
"Tango what have you been up to?" She said with a tone of mock severity in her voice.
OOC: I would like them to be old friends if that is Ok if not then just acquaintances.
OOC:@Faiyloe, Yeah Tango has been to the Abbey a lot so they can be old friends.
BIC Tango smiled, "Aha, there you are Enthal. It feels like I've blooming well, fallen down memory lane. Do you remember the time, we burnt the old Abbot's whisker's. Wot, now that was funny."

Sie seeing that every now seemed to know his secret jumped up, and ran away through the Orchard. Towards the nearest gate he could find.
"As I remember it was you who bunt the abbots whiskers off after you left me stuck in the pantry. Not that being trapped in a room full of food was all that bad but still," Enthal said and sat down on a log
Tango scowled, "I still regret me decision wot. I should have stayed in that pantry. It was jolly well stuffed with tucker."

Sie had found a little gate in the Abbey wall. He had opened it, and ran out into the woods.
Running blindly through the trees, and plants, Sie soon became lost. He stopped at the base of a big elm. Completely out of breathe. He was once again regretting his decision.
"Oh that is what you regret... Well I can for give you. you were only a leveart (Spelling?) at the time. So what is it that brings you and mister grumpy badger bounce her? Did I tell you he is the blinkin image of his father," She said takking a bight almost absentmindedly from a tart.
"SIE!!! SIE! I'll go look for him, Ambrosine, and if I'm not back by dark send search parties!" Abbess Lavender called, running toward the wallgate.
OOC: I have it in my outbox I'll post it on the other thread. For now you need to know he had a singed paw when he was found at the gate. Has cellarhog been taken?
BIC: Remen sat down directly on his paw. "OW!!" he cried as he sprang up. "I have to go to the cellars for some ointment. Enjoy the ale." and with that he limped back to the cellars.
Abbess Lavender, following the trail that Sie had left behind, started muttering "Has he no sense?? A blind and deaf MOLE could follow his trail, so a vermin gang most certainly could! Say, what's that noise? Sounds like somebeast panting."
Remen went down to the cellars got his ointment and had gone into the kitchens." Fair have you seen mother Abbess?" Suddenly Quin came in the door "Ah remen there you are I was wondering if you would like to help me brew some ale for the feast. You know how some beasts like it before its prime. "Yes,I would, " said Remen completely forgetting the Abbess. He and Quin went down into the cellars laughing and joking.
OOC: Why is Remen looking for me?
Leliah had been keeping herself busy all morning, and she was exhausted. She was going to the orchard to take a short break when Sie rushed past her and out a wallgate. "What's wrong?" she wondered quietly, and then the Abbess ran by, calling after the badger. Leliah shook her head. What in the name of seasons was going on?
The young shrewmaid decided to put it out of her mind for now. She headed to the kitchens to see if they needed any help.
(Is anyone playing the Friar? If not, I'd like to write a short dialogue for him and Lel when she gets to the kitchens.)

BIC: Having brewed the ale Remen came up from the cellars saw Leliah in the kitchens. "Hello Leliah I thought I would make a cake would you like to help?"

After Sie had got his breathe back, he started to consider his options. He could go back to the Abbey, where everyone would interrogate the life out of him, or...Or he could ran away. Go to the Eastern plains. Sie had heard that badgers lived up there.
He wouldn't be in any danger, he could destroy any vermin that challenged him, but he didn't have his club. He would have to go back for it. Sie would never leave his trusted weapon behind. No he would have to go back to Redwall, then run away. He could pack himself some food for the journey as well.
The Abbess followed the sound of the breathing and went the direction it came from when it stopped and found Sie "Sie! You get your rather stupid badger hinie following me RIGHT NOW!!! Do you know that you left a trail a blind sparrow could follow? See, there's one right there! BIC: Sie pulled himself free from the Abbess, and had to try hard not to hit her. He remembered what happened last time he hit somebeast. Anyway, he had to get back to the Abbey, to get his club, and to get a map, and some food. So he followed the shouting squirrel back to the Abbey.
OOC: Is KitrallStreamrippler on because I can't do much in till she puts a post.
OOC: I don't know where she is.

BIC: Lavender finished off her yelling as they were going back into the Abbey, "And I'm putting ypu under guard!! Tango, will you guard this UTTERLY STUPID badger charge of yours, please?"
Tango jumped up, she could see that Sie had taken enough from the squirrel Abbess, and was about to strike. "Of course ma'am. I'll take him up to his jolly old room right away wot."

Sie cursed the annoying squirrel, she was ruining everything. But he would be able to escape tonight, Tango wouldn't stay outside his door all the time. No it would be easy.
"Tango, you and me shall trade watches! And maybe you can talk some sense into him! running off into Mossflower Wood alone! Leaving a trail a blind and deaf SPARROW could follow!"
Sie had taken as much as he could take. But instead of hitting the Abbess, he punched a tree...hard. It was only a young apple tree, and apples rained down as the tree was punched.
SIE!!!!!!! THAT IS IT, YOUNG BADGER! You are no longer welcome here! Out, out, OUT! Tango, you may stay! Sie, you have one hour to get OUT! You have stretched my patience to the LIMIT! OUT!!!!
Sie was over joyed! At last freedom!

Tango leapt forward. "Oh Abbess no! No! Please don't! He was just angry about being shouted at! He has nowhere to stay! And in your order it says that you will take in those who need your help! And if Sie goes, I go. And I will never come back to a place where mercy isn't shown." There was a fire in Tango's eyes. She was furious, the Abbes wasn't being just. She had lost her temper, and was now going against what Redwall stood for. Tango was outraged.
"Fine. I have heard from a scout that some hares are coming for Sie, They are no longer Long Patrol! They call themselves the Justice Group."
Sie stood up, "There not having me. Now get out my way you old pest!" Sie growled pushing past the Abbess. He marched up to his room, got his club, then went back down stairs. He went to he kitchens, and asked for a pack of food be prepared, and it be for travelling. After he got this he went to the Gatehouse, and rummaged through all the paper. Looking for a map to the Eastern Plains.
When Sie had pushed past her, he knocked Lavender to the ground. "OH! My ankle!! Owww........Ohhhh"
Tango, despite stilling being angry at the Abbess, quickly ran to her side. "Don't worry, I'm a trained medic, don't ya know. It looks like you've just sprained your ankle."
"Thank you, Tango....I'm sorry, that badger is exactly like his father, and we never got along to well!"
"No you didn't, but I wouldn't say Sie is just like his father. He's worse."

Just then the Main-Gate was thrown open, and Sie with his map strode out onto the road.
"Tango, that statement is just too true! Um, would you do me a favor? Go chase Sie down, say I'm sorry for me, and ask him to come back to the abbey!"
Tango shook her head sadly, "Sorry Abbess, Sie is set on something, and no beast is going to stop him. He can take care of himself. He'll be fine, and anyway this Justice Group will be out for him. They'll guess he's been sent here. So here is where they'll come."
" Yes......Tango, do you know the real truth about Quickpaw? Sie told me....
OOC: Sorry I'm back Justice Group is after Sie again. Quick recap for Justice group, HareSpring is talking to Bree....
BIC:
"Private HareSpring," Bree says standing to attention, "I do realize that you and the late Quickpaw were related, wot. But you must get in line I'm afraid, Sie is on quite a lot of these hares bucket lists."
After having marched for most of the day, nightfall was fast approaching and the hares were only just to the edge of the forest. Deciding to set up camp at the foot of the last grassy hill, hoping that it would provide some protection during the night.
Addressing the hares Bree announced, "Lads! Take bunk now, for tomorrow we will reach Redwall! That'll teach the badgers to mess with us hares!"
A general shout of approval was heard throughout the camp as the weary hares got ready for the night to come.
OOC: Hi guys! Assuming I'm accepted, I was wondering if any of you could give me a quick run-down on what's going on? It would take me a really long time to read, so if one of ya could help me out that'd be awesome. :)

Okay so far Sie (the Badger Lords son) killed Captain Quickpaw of the Long Patrol. The friends Sie and Tango (a hare who knows about the Quickpaw issue) travel to Redwall incase any of the Long Patrol figures out. Bree the newly appointed Captain wonders where the previous Captain went to and figures out what happens. Captain Bree then disbands from the Long Patrol to form the Justice Crew who is trying to serve some justice to Sie. Sie however decided to run away from the safety of the Abbey, to the Eastern plains.
Hope this helps, there might be some things I'm missing.....
OOC: Any suggestions as to where to go? Or how to meet up with you guys?
OOC: Well you have three choices really. You can meet up with the Justice Crew, who are currently making camp for the night next to some woods. You can also meet up with Sie who is about to start wandering the Eastern Plains. Or you could also go to good ole' Redwall who's kinda in distress after losing Sie.
OOC: Okay, once I get a firm grip on what's happening I'll join you. :)

Sie strode out briskly into Mossflower woods. He was making a fake trail, heading north.
When he thought he had gone far enough he retraced his steps back into the woods towards the east. He was carful to cover his tracks. "Now to the Eastern Plains. Never look back, and never return. They won't miss me anyway." Sie said regretfully to himself. He had never been liked, back at Salamanderstron. He had always felt out of place.
But maybe, just maybe, things would be different out on the Eastern Plains.
OOC: I said husband, redwallgurl! It's fine, I'll go change it!
BIC: Well, Tango, when is a hare not like that to point? Ah, well...Do you think you could me back to Abbey now?

Sie walked on through Mossflower, occasionally glancing at his map. He looked up at the sky, it was about noon. Almost time for lunch.
Sie had learned many traveling skills from Tango while they had been coming to Redwall. They were going to come in useful.

Tango nodded. "Of course Abbess thingy wot. I do feel bad about not following the young ripe, but I'm sure he needs to find out what's out there on his own."
"True! But I feel a little guilty....Why do badgers have to be so stubborn??"
Tango's eyes twinkled, "It's in their nature. And it's in a hares to follow em'. Now how about some lunch."
"Only you, Tango....Ah well, lunch it is!" Lavender said, getting up, as her ankle didn't hurt very much anymore.
Enthal went up to the two and said "I can go after him to keep an eye on him. I always got along with his father. Maybe I can even convince him to come back. I think what Sie really needs most right now is a friend,"

Tango thought for a moment, "I think you should follow him, but don't let yourself be know to early. You never know, he might come back on his own."

Yet another badger was Ambrevina Rockflash of the Eastern Shores who killed the Sable Quean to avenge her friend Flandor the otter's death.
Ambrosine came and stood next to Remen. The mousemaid asked the young hedgehog, "What're you reading about? Oh, badgers. Speaking of which, that Sie..." she paused. "He's run off. Maybe you already know that, though."
"Well if you do see him let me know. Thanks anyway."
Salemook left the gatehouse.

BIC: Tango thought for a moment. "It sounds wonderful, but sorry Abbess, I was sent to watch over young Sie, and I'm not about to abandon him now. Hey Enthal wait for me! I'm coming too! I just need to get my things!"
And with that Tango raced up to her room, grabbed her traveling bag, then went into the kitchens grabbed some food, and went after Enthal.

Sie was walking along quite happily, when he heard crying, and somebeast shouting,
"No please, don't hurt my children. I'll get you the food! Just leave them alone!"The voice sounded male, and panicked.
Sie rushed to where the shouting was coming from. When he was quite close he slowed down, and quietly approached the scene.
He could here the sound of rushing water, and just around the next corner, Sie was faced with three water rats. Two of which were threatening to throw two little voles into a rushing river. And in front of them another rat was beating a father vole with a willow switch. It was the father vole who was shouting.
Sie took the whole situation in at a glance, then threw down his traveling pack, and charged forwards waving his club, and roaring out the legendary battlecry of badgers, and hares,
"Eulalia!!!!"The water rats froze, fear showing on their faces. When they saw Sie coming, the screamed, and threw themselves into the river.
When Sie saw they were gone he stopped roaring, and came skidding to a stand still.
The father vole couldn't thank him enough, "Thank you good sir, my family would be dead if you hadn't come along. Oh may the fortunes bless you sir!"
"Alright, Tango! Off you go!"
But Tango didn't hear what the Abbess, said. She was already racing after Enthal.

Sie didn't know what to say, he felt embarrassed at all the attention. What, me embarrassed, at attention? This has never happened before!
"Oh well, I was passing by you see. Couldn't let them hurt you, and your kids." He said blushing.
The vole was suddenly curious, "Oh really, where you heading?"
"To the Eastern Plains."
"Oh, that's nice. You got family there?"
"No, I don't have any proper family."
"Oh, that's a really shame."
"Well, I better be going."
And with that Sie, turned picked up his bag, and set off again. Leaving a happy vole, and his two children behind.
The Abbess shook her head. That Tango! She thought.

Sie was starting to feel tired. He hadn't rested in ages.
He found a comfy spot next to a elm tree, and lay down, using his pack as a pillow. Ah, what a beautiful day it was.
Enthal had been fallowing Sie's trail when it just stopped.
Tango had just caught up with Enthal, "Hello there, I've decided to come with you, wot."
She then looked at the tracks. "Clever old badger, he's gone, and jolly well made a false trail wot."

Abbess Lavender went to look in the Cellars. She looked in empty barrels, and other barrel like things, she went to look in the back, where it was all musty and found a barrel of October Ale, but no Gubert.

Ambrosine, having nothing better to do, wandered back out of the gatehouse. She headed for the Abbey pond, where she sat and thought about Sie. She was kind of worried about him; after all, he could very well be lost in Mossflower Woods, having no knowledge of the area! What would his father say? Suddenly her mind was made up. I'll go and look for him too! I can easily follow Tango and Enthal's trail!
The young mousemaid hurried up to her room, where she changed into a green tunic and packed an extra one in a small satchel. She hurried downstairs, grabbed a few scones and some cheese from the kitchens whilst the Friar's back was turned, and sneaked through a small wallgate before anybeast noticed she'd gone. Right away she picked up Tango and Enthal's trail, and headed off, hoping to catch up to them before too long.
Tango nodded, "Yes a map, that's what he'll have gone to find. Wherever he's going he doesn't want us to follow.
"Excuse me, did you say you were looking for somebeast?" A voice said behind them.
Tango jumped round, instinctively grabbing her dagger. She quickly put it away when she saw who had spoken.
An old vole, and two little voles were standing in the woods. It was the old, father vole who had spoken.
"The Abbess finally found the little mole babe, in the Attics! When she got him all cleaned up and in bed, she went to look for Ambrosine, as she liked to talk about the hustle and bustle of her day with her. "Sister Ambrosine! Ambrosine?" She called when she couldn't find her.
OOC: Holy guacamole a lot happened! I'm way back on page 6 or something. Sorry I've been gone so long- school's been an issue. Could someone please give me a quick summary of what's happened? The last thing I know happened is that Sie just ran out of the abbey, followed by the Abbess. Leliah was about to go help in the kitchens.
OOC: Well, I'm pretty sure Sie came back, but then he ran away again. Tango and Enthal have gone to look for Sie. Bree and her hares are somewhere in Mossflower, and Ambrosine - my character - has snuck out of Redwall, intending to catch up to Enthal and Tango so she can help look for Sie.
BIC: Ambrosine followed Tango and Enthal's trail as it wound through Mossflower Wood. The trail wasn't too hard to follow, and the mousemaid had only walked for about an hour or so before she heard voices up ahead. Catching sight of Enthal, Tango and a vole through the trees, Ambrosine quickened her pace. She was nearly there when she tripped over a root. Picking herself up, she hailed the creatures ahead of her. "Hey, you need any help finding Sie?"

BIC: "AMBROSINE!!!!!" Lavender called. Then she found a wall gate unlocked. That said enough for Lavender.
OOC: Sorry it's been forever since I've posted. Give me a second and I'll be able to post tomorrow (I'm finally off then!). I've been just like Kit bombarded with school and essays. But I'll try to get back on soon (I get most of December off!). Again sorry for the delay!

Tango saw Ambrosine a little back up the path, but she was more interested with what the vole had to say, "Yes, a young badger by the name of Sie. Why, have you seen him, if so he carries a large war club with him."
The vole nodded, "Yes I have seen such a badger. About two hours ago he saved me, and my little ones from some rats. He said he was going to the Eastern Plains."
Slightly out of breath, Ambrosine arrived next to Enthal, Tango, and the voles. She heard what the father vole said. "The Eastern Plains? Wonder why he's going out there," she wondered aloud.
The Abbess muttered to herself as she put a dependable Brother in charge of the Abbey so she could go find Ambrosine. She went to get food and asked the friar if he'd seen Ambrosine. He said, "Why, yes I did! She was likely trying to be sneaky, and she got some food and drink." Thank you, Hubert. Will you pack me up some food now?" "Why yes, Mother Abbess!"
OOC: Okay here goes... dannflorreguba good time to jump in after this!

By the time dawn had broken over the horizon the Justice Crew was already up. Captain Bree was up in front commanding the regiment as strictly as ever. Upon entering the forest the Crew made quick time, marching on the travel worn path towards the Abbey.
As the magnificent red walled gates came to view Bree ordered a noon time snack. Deciding to assess the position they were in Captain Bree called Corporal Falkin Rabbs and HareSpring to scout out the walls, and gain a general knowledge of the position they were in.
Ryph Flowwyn was a rather laid back otter, so it came as a surprise when he saw the Long Patrol halted just outside of Redwall. Confused, the traveling otter waited to see just what business the hare's were on. He waited on the fringe of Mossflower Woods.
Remen put back the book and got another one older then the badger one and much more dusty. It's title was "A dairy of a thief rewritten "
One day while I was walking'
I heard some vermin talking,
About a brave warrior,
Who's sword protected a Abby,
They said the sword mouse was quite shabby,
I hear one say its magical,
I jumped out and said that's not practical,
He brandished his sword at me,
And I said sorry I've got to go home for tea,
And left them quite quickly.
OOC: Ok, just thought I'd point out, that the Justice Crew, and the lot who are looking for Sie, seem to be in different points of the day to each other. So what time is it?
OOC: Well, I think that Bree's time is more reasonable, 'cause it takes at least 2 or 3 days to get to Redwall from Salamandastron. So maybe everyone else ought to edit their posts?
OOC: Alright.....I'll go back and take a look at my posts...Um, should I make them night, or what?
BIC: HareSpring threw a quick salute and went off. As she went around the corner had to leap forward to cover behind a bush, as somebeast was coming out the wall gate! She gasped. It was the Mother Abbess herself!!! She quickly went around the other wall and reported back, "Captain Bree Ma'am! Went around the corner and had to take cover! The Mother Abbess went out the the little wall gate thingamabob! Went around the other wall! Nothing to report there! Captain!
OOC: why dont we leave all the posts as is and say that there was a bit of time jumping but now they are all on the same page. It is about noon and that makes sense for both sides.

BIC: Sie had stopped to drink from a stream, and had decided to rest for a while. He looked around him, all was quiet, except for the occasional bird chirping out it's song, and the breeze moving the leaves.
Lavender walked really quickly, so she caught up with them quite soon. "AMBROSINE!!!!!! You are coming with me, or I'm going with you!" she called, with a little huffing and puffing.
Tango groaned, "Look, you can't all. One. It would be best if just me, and Enthal went. We know what we're doing. Mother Abbess, you have an Abbey to run, and Ambrosine, your just to young to come with us."
OOC: Jukka, I couldn't find your character sheet for Ambrosine.
OOC: That's 'cause I PM'd it to Cornflower. I'll go post it on the ooc thread now. :) Btw, Ambrosine isn't too young to come. ;D
"Here we both have everything under control if all of us go marching up to Sie we will probably just make him made again, I new his father very well and I think i can get through to him, there is word of vermin on the way to the abby you are needed there," Enthal said.

Ambrosine surprised even herself when she practically yelled, "No! I'm not coming back!" Feeling a bit embarrassed at her outburst, she turned to Enthal and Tango. "I'm coming with you! Sie could be lost or something, and if three creatures go and talk to him, there's more chance of convincing him to come back than with just two."
She turned back to the Abbess. "I've been a dependable, un-adventurous Abbey Sister for my entire life! Well, I really want some adventure now. So I'm going with them." She crossed her arms.

At that moment, Sie was battering some stoats, who had tried to mug him. Two of them lay dead, one was unconscious, and one was running for his life, with Sie shouting behind him, "Yeah you better run. Cos next time we meet, I won't be so merciful!"

Ok, I'll stop being weird now. Cornflower, a way I stopped my mouth from bleeding was to run very cold water over where the tooth came out. It usually worked, and the bleeding would soon stop after that. :)

Captain Bree was observing the high Redwall walls wondering how to get in. Turning back around to the camp she leaned against a tree glad to finally be making some progress. Out of the corner of her eye she spots some movement at the gate. Silently moving to figure out the disturbance she over hears one the squabble.
Sie has left the Abbey.

Tango picked her bag, and followed Enthal.
Ambrosine walked along with them, her satchel over her shoulder, the light breeze blowing through her headfur. She was feeling a bit sorry about how she'd spoken to the Abbess; she didn't know what had gotten into her. But she was glad for the chance of a little adventure outside the routine of Abbey life.
Tango was out in front, looking for signs that Sie had been this way.

BIC: Remen was just about to go inside when he heard a sneeze. He looked under the desk and there was Gubert. "You naughty dibben, " Remen said,"you must come with me to get a bath." Despite the dibbens pleas Remen gently pulled Gubert out from under the desk and carried him to Salemook. "Here he is Salemook he was in the gatehouse."
"Thank you Remem, now for your bath Gubert"

Sie was traveling again, he had just d another run in with some rats, but they weren't gonna bother anybeast ever again. Not after they had met his club. No sir.

Aldof looked out at the ship. He sneered as he saw his crew trying to fix the holes made by the catapults of the otter family. They had paid though, they lay dead on the beach. He was terror of the sea, now he would be terror of the land.
Dropear had spent a good, tiring week bumbling and wandering lost through Mossflower wood. It was almost a relief to break out of the trees and come upon a large clearing with a towering sandstone building marking it, if only to have an end to the puzzling labyrinth of rustling forest and jutting twigs. All the same, the bat had spent a long night hanging from a branch a safe distance away, watching the Abbey and trying to decide if this daunting, unfamiliar thing was safe to approach, whether she should leave it and continue trying to get her bearings. As the morning dawned it became apparent that creatures were moving about inside, and, weary and dispirited, Dropear eventually scrapped up the courage to take flight and approach as far as one of the outer battlements, latching onto a ledge below the top of the wall before raising her head to peer tentatively over. The usefullness of the gesture was questionable, as she only ended up blinking rapidly against the glare of daytime sunlight.
Sie looked up at the sky, it was going to be dark soon. He better find a place to camp.
He soon found the perfect place, a grassy bank next to a stream. He easily had some dry wood, and soon had a fire going.
He roasted a few apples he had picked earlier, and bit into one. He burnt his tongue, and quickly had a drink from the stream.
OOC: Anyone want to join the hoard?
OOC: Gnoflet, I'm already juggling a hare and the Abbess, and I don't think I can do a HORDE member. Sorry.
BIC: HareSpring heard the Mother Abbess, and quickly went over and said "Sorry, the leader, Cap'n Bree is absent for the moment."
"Captain Bree is now present private HareSpring." Proffering a paw to the Mother Abbess Bree looks her straight in the eye.
"Pleasure to meet Mother Abbess, I as you know, am Captain Bree. I was wondering if you happen to know if a young badger named Sie is in your establishment."
Lavender raised an eyebrow. "I am Mother Abbess Lavender. Why, no. I can point you in his direction, if you'd like. I told him to leave, as he ah, brushed my fur the wrong way, if you know what I mean. Oh, and a sister of the Abbey went after him, as did the hare Tango and a squirrel, Enthal. If you hurt them you WILL live to regret it, as I WILL know."

HareSpring blushed, she hadn't realized Cap'n Bree had returned!!!
Returning the Abesses speech with a swift bow, Captain Bree looked Lavender in the eye.
"The only beast these hares intend to hurt is Sie. We won't bring any harm to the other beasts, you have my honor."
" Alright. They went that way, and that's as far as I know. I bid ye good day." Lavender said, then she pointed the opposite way the creatures had gone. Then she turned and walked back into the Abby, as the Main Gate was always open; You just had to push. Then she noticed an odd creature on a ledge, inside the Abbey wall. She went over and called to the creature, "Hello up there! Are you Friend or Foe?"
Salamook found himself getting tired and decided to take a nap by the pond. he noticed Lavender calling to some strange beast on the ledge and decided to walk over and make sure everything was ok.
Dropear's head swiveled downwards, where the voice called up from. "I come with intentions of peace," she called as loudly as her quiet-accustomed voice could muster, wariness and fear evident in her tone. "What manner of creature are you, creature are you?"
Tango was getting jumpy, she wasn't sure why, but she was. Something was up, something was about to break. Where she didn't know, but somewhere. Salamanderstron perhaps, or at Redwall, maybe wherever Sie was. But somewhere.
"Stop for a water break!" Tango called back, she knew that just because she was a Long Patrol hare, and could go on without a break, didn't mean that the others couldn't. Especially the Redwall Sister.
Enthal was fine she was used to this sort of thing but this would give them a chance to get there bearings. She went over to Tango and said "How close do you think we are?"
Tango shook her head, "Oh I don't know! Wot, the blinking badger could have gone anywhere! He could have got lost, or he just power on wot. He could be spiffing miles away!"
Enthal nodded didn't look like she was going to be much help. She started to study the ground trying to find a sign as to where he had gone. Soon her eyes fell on some crumbs of bread there were one or two ants studding it as well. Enthal turned back to Tango and said "I think he is pretty close If we hurry then we should be able to catch up with him with in the hour."
"I'm a squirrel, and you are welcome! Are you hurt, or hungry?" She called, then said quieter, "Hello, Salemook."
After hesitating, the bat clambered over the battlement and flew down to meet the two Abbeybeasts, wings flashing and beating wide before she dropped to a clumsy landing on the grass. Dropear squinted up at Lavender's silhouette in silence before whispering with some relief, "You are not like the rough-throated ones from before. Tell me, please, what is this place I have come to, I have come to?"
Remen saw the bat come down from the battlements. Calling to Quin to come he went over to see what was going on.
Salamook had never seen a bat before and was very confused. "Is every thing ok Lavender?"
Lavender nodded in response to Salemook's question. She had read about bats; they were usually quite friendly. "This is Redwall Abbey. Would you like to come into the Abbey? It will be darker there. Salemook, I will be quite fine. Go take a nap. You look sleepy so don't deny that's what you were going to do."
Galendar saw a white square near his home he immediately new it was a sail. He also new it was to far for him to get there quickly, but when he saw blazing arrows flying from the ship and large stones flying back he new he had to try. Throwing down his pack and grabbing his javelin he dove into the water swimming faster than ever before.
Remen and Quin reached the abbess at the same time. "Who, and what are you," Remen asked.
Sie had without knowing, fallen asleep. He wasn't aware off the two shining eyes watching him, and of the creature who was sneaking towards him for a closer look.
OOC: Cornflower, I think it's about time to revel our secret involving my other badger character. ;)
When Galendar surfaced it was dark and he was still many miles from home. His eyes burned with salt water,but he still continued on.
OOC: By all means, go right ahead!!

BIC: Aldof had made camp on shore and yelled instructions. "NO, NOT THERE, OVER BY THE BOW! NOT THERE YOU'LL MAKE IT WORSE. YES, THERE. WATCH THAT HOLE IN THE DECK!" He gave up when yet another one of his crew fell trough a hole in the deck.
OOC: Alright, Gnoflet, I'll join your HORDE.
Ambrosine sat down wearily, glad of the chance to rest. As Enthal was pointing out signs of Sie, Ambrosine pulled some scones out of her satchel. "Would you two like a snack?"
Salamook went back to the pond to take his interrupted nap.
Galendar surfaced for a brief second to get some air. When he went back under he saw a huge dark form in front of him. something slimy touched his back, spinning around he saw that it was not two things but one. A black ell, the most dangerous kind in the sea isn't it enough that my family is in danger? he thought. There was no more time to think as the huge ell reared up to strike. The ell came down in a flash. The otter lunged upward with his javelin. The force of the ell and javelin combined drove the weapon strait through the animals neck. For a moment Galendar thought he had won but black ells are very tough. His enemy charged at him and he swam as fast as he could luring the ell to the shallows. Galendar grabbed the javelin and lunched himself out of the water trying to twist his enemy's neck, but the ell twisted his neck the other way throwing Galendar back into the water. Not to be beaten so easily the otter tried the same thing again. There was a loud snap as the black ells neck broke. Then a big wave carried both of them to shore. His hands were bloody and he was out of breath, but Galender pulled his javelin out of the beast and took off on foot towards home not knowing exactly how far away he was.
"Inside? Yes, thank you, I think I would like that very much, very much." Suddenly alert to the arrival of two more beasts, Dropear swiveled her head to face in their direction. "Ah, I am sorry. I am of the bat colony of Bat Mountpit, a long ways away from here, and am called Dropear. I hope you will all be willing to allow me to stay a short while and rest, stay and rest."
"Of course," Remen replied, "do you wish for me to show you around? "
Sie was wakened by a snap of some twigs nearby. He rolled over, and looked for any danger.
CRACK!
Sie went out like a light.
"Of course you are welcome to stay as long as you like.We are a peaceful order here." Lavender said, patting the bats head.
Harin yelped with surprise. She hadn't meant to hit him so hard, but he had startled her. She looked at him now, he looked like he had been in a fit fight or something.
She began to worry, I can't just leave him here. What about the vermin?
Harin began to drag him back to a hidden cave she knew of. She had to drag his club, and pack as well, so it was hard work.
Grimnose came to Aldof from the bout. "It's not fixable captain," he said saluting. "Fine" Aldof replied,"unload and burn it." "Sir?" Grimnose started. "Burn it," Aldof repeated"as soon as it's unloaded." The look in his eyes told Grimnose he was serious. He hurried away with no further argument.
Grayko hollered at Greena, "Hey you foxy bring me some fish and make it snappy." >:( Then he turned to Grimnose, "so what did cap'n say?"
"He said to unload burn the ship, oh and no more eating fish cause we land vermin now." Grimnose replied
OOC: Grimnose doesn't like Grayko.
"That fox is out of his mind. Grayko mumbled, "but I,m not going to commit mutiny... Yet. I'll eat fish if I want Grimnose and if that other fox don't bring it to me soon she will be missing a few limbs." he said, as he honed his battle ax on a smooth stone.
Greena walked up just then, Saluted as she did so. "Here ya are. I tried to be quickly."

Lavender guided the bat inside, "Are you hungry?"

Grayko looked at the fox. "Well at least you have manners. Oops manners is the worst thing for a vermin to have. your never gonna get promoted, vixen." He said shaking his head, as he swallowed the last bite of fish. "Did cap'n say anything about those pathetic otter bodies, Grimnose? Now lets get to unloading that ship."
Galendar's Throat was dry and parched. He had lost a good bit of blood and knew he could go no farther without rest. Galendar barely got to a safe place away from the open shore before he fell into a deep sleep.

Sie began to stir, Harin backed away, hiding herself in a corner of the cave, she had tided the young badger to a big log that served as a seat in the cave. Sie sat up rubbing his head, and cursing.
Harin was shocked by his language, but remained silent.
OOC: That was the other RP.
"Yes sir, right away sir and let me throw in another sir for good measure sir!" Enthal said play fully and then started leading the way fallowing the trail Sie had left.
Tango jokingly huffed at her, "No salute! You young rip must salute your commandeering officers wot!"
"Well you'r not my commanding officer in fact since we are in moss flower and not Salamandastron I would be the commanding officer," Enthal said good naturedly
Tango's ears stood straight up. "Well missy, we'll have to create a hare outpost down in Mossflower then, wot." and then she bounded ahead.
Enthal's stern face deteriorated and she started to crack up.
Tango simply flounced off good naturally calling back, "That badgers going to hear you from a mike off!"

Sie had just discovered that he was tided up. He didn't take it well.
Harin covered her ears at the angry shouting this badger was doing.
Galendar woke up hours later very thirsty. He stood on wobbly legs and began slowly walking down the shore, using his javelin as a walking stick.
Salamook woke up and decided to go get something to eat. He headed for the kitchen.
Grayko was rolling barrels of grog down a ramp made of some old boards. "That's the last of it, get this old girl burning!" he said as he leaped of the ship.
OOC: Brinty, just a word of advice, put - or * or really anything like that, between the sentences that are different characters. It helps to show that your using a different character in a different location. :)
OCC: Ok thanks.
Greena leaped off the ship, since she had been the one to set torch to it. She walked up Aldof and, "Sir! Ship is burning!"
"Good, tell Grayko to prepare the men to move out. If you need me I'm in my tent."
"Yes, Sir!" Saluting, Greena marched off, finding Grayko. "Cap'n Aldof orders are for you to move the beasts out, Sir!"
Grimnose came from the direction of Aldof's tent, "I believe you mean prepare the men to move out," he corrected.
Sie was still cursing trying to get free.

Harin suddenly sneezed, she couldn't stop herself.

Sie heard the sneeze. He looked around him, but could she nothing in the darkness of the cave. "Who's there!" He shouted.
"Well then, get yore weapons and pack up. Grimnose see if you cant throw together a wagon to carry some things,"Grayko replied
"Yes sir," said Grimnose, then added under his breath,"stinken wildcat."
"I heard that and if I here anything like it again Your gonna be missing head!" Greyko shouted in anger as he hefted his battle ax.
OOC: Hi, I'm back, and for good this time. (Well, for a couple of weeks at the very least. School finally regurgitated me.) Btw, Brinty, I love your signature! ;D Oh, and if anyone has a reasonable complaint/problem with my post, let me know and I'll fix it.
BIC: Leliah, afraid that Sie was going to get into some kind of trouble, had snuck out of the abbey and tried to follow him. Unfortunately, she was now rather lost. Sitting dejectedly against a tree, she argued with herself as to the best course of action. Just as she decided to camp there for the night and try to find her way home tomorrow, she head somebeast laughing close by.
"That badgers going to hear you from a mike off!"
Was that... Tango? Leliah stood up, quickly dusting herself off, and ran in the direction of the voice.
OOC: I was begging to think that you didn't want to in this RP anymore, Kit! IT's nice to have ya back for awhile. :D
BIC: HareSpring let her mind wander about this, that, and the other. She wanted to know why Sie had killed Quickpaw, her brother.
Harin didn't reply, she didn't know what to do.

Enthal heard the sound of a beast approaching. She placed a paw on Martins sword hilt and strained her ears waiting for when the beast was almost on top of them. She drew the sword and spun around to face the creature.
Ambrosine looked around in alarm. "Who's there? Show yourself!" she called nervously, hoping that Enthal wouldn't attack whoever it was.
Grayko Walked over to captain Aldof "Were ready to go sir!" he said throwing a quick salute.

Galendar finally found a fresh water stream flowing into the sea and began to take a long drink.
Tango had heard someone approaching as well, and had been listening intently. When Enthal made her move, Tango followed suit. Drawing her doubled ended sword, she stood next to Enthal. "Jolly well, come out now wot!"

BIC: Greena stood nearby when Grayko announced the horde members were ready to leave.

The two familiar voices followed quickly after each other, and in her haste, Leliah tripped, tumbling out of the undergrowth and landing with her nose mere inches from the tip of Enthal's blade. Her eyes widened, and she managed to scramble backwards a couple of feet before tripping again. Standing up, she brushed herself off and cast a sheepish glance at the others. "Sorry. I was trying to find Sie, then I heard you, so I came running."
OOC: Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
BIC: "Good,"Aldof replied,"but we're not moving out till tomorrow night. "
"Why not, cap'n?" Greyko asked.

After Galendar drank he filled his canteen and continued on his way. I should be there by evening tomorrow. he thought, noticing a landmark.
When Enthal saw who it was she quickly sheathed her sword. "Don't go sneaking up on people like that!" She said
"BECAUSE I SAID SO,"Aldof yelled in the wildcats face,"NOW GET OUT OF MY SIGHT OR I'LL CALL THE HOARD ON YOU!"
"Alright we'll wait," Greyko said as he backed out of the tent.
Aldof closed the tent flap in a hurry. I need a seer, he thought to himself.
OOC: I can play a seer.
Lel sniffed daintily and eyed Enthal scornfully, some of her past brattiness manifesting itself. "Sneaking up? Hah. If you think that was sneaking up, you'd better get your ears checked. I was making enough noise for three beasts- though not as much as you were. If Sie doesn't want to be found, then he's going to find it quite easy to avoid you all."
OOC: I was thinking more Cornflower. She said her vermin was a secret seer, and I didn't know you had a vermin.
Tango had sheathed her sword, but when Lel began to be rude, she slapped her soundly across the face. "Hear now missy, you get back to that Abbey this instant! If you dared talk to an officer in the Long Patrol like that, you'd find yourself without a rudder! Now get moving, back to your pampered life!" Tango turned to the others, "Move out!" She ordered, and pointed the direction for them to go.
OOC: Three things:
1. Faiy, my character Greena does have the Seer ability, but there can be two, if you'd like. Unuasal, but not unheard of.
2. rachel, please no slapping! I realize Tango is a hare with a bit of a temper, but violence isn't necassery. Your post can stay the way it is, but please remember that Tango's a good beast. At least no more slapping across the face.
3. Gnoflet, for the last time, HORDE is spelled HORDE, NOT HOARD!!!!! Sorry, but it's getting annoying. And English is confusing. They are both right, but Horde is the correct one in this case, OK?

BIC: Greena smiled. Finally! A chance to be recognized. She started loitering around Aldof's tent, trying work up the courage, since she did NOT want to die.

When Tango slapped Leliah across the face, Ambrosine defended her. "Tango! I know she's been rude, but that's no way to treat her!"
Tango, had had a stressful last few days, and yes, she probably shouldn't have slapped her, but she wasn't about to admit it. "She should learn to take it. She wouldn't last two days out in the wilderness, without someone there to wait on her hand, 'an foot, wot. And I already said, move out. Are we going or not!"
'We already discussed this you are not in Salamanastron nor is this the long patrol, there fore I am the commanding officer here and I say that Leliah may come and that you must apologize to her," Enthal said.
Tango's ears stood right up, "Then, you will travel without me! Sie is my responsibility, I shall find him!"
Tango turned, and stormed off, not looking back.

"I shall cast the bones for you, My Lord." Saying so, Greena sat down in the pretzel position, and threw a pawful of something on the fire to make turn green. She muttered something under her breath and threw some assorted bones into the air. She studied them as they came down.

Sie smiled, and followed Harin out of the cave. Just let that Justice Crew try, and find me. They wont know where to look!

Finally, reaching her last chestnut, Aoi decides that it is definitely worth it to go down to the ground and get the nut she dropped. Granted, she isn't particularly hungry, but she also isn't particularly anything most of the time. In fact, she has always been of the opinion that particulars are a waste of time.
So she climbs down out of the random tree and picks up her nut. Smiling contentedly, she sits down, her back against the tree, and munches on it.
"Well you started it seer! I intend to finish it and show this kitten what death feels like!" Greko snarled

Galendar was once again headed for the vermin camp. He was only 2 miles away now and had broke into a dead run. hoping he was not to late.
Aldof heard the argument and ran over to the group. "WHATS GOING ON? I WANT YOU TO MOVE OUT, NOW!"

Remen went to the the kitchens to get food for the journey. That done he went to the dormitory to get some more clothes and bedding.
"It was your seer that started all this and its not over yet." Greyko said this respectfully as not to anger his captain.

Galendar reached the top of a sand dune about 9 yards from the argument. Suddenly realizing that he couldn't fight the numbers of the hoard alone he quickly turned and ran to find help.
Aoi heard the fighting from her position by the tree, but didn't necessarily care that there was a fight going on. It had nothing to do with her, and so she ignored it.
However, seeing as though she was out of chestnuts, she was bored.
" I DON'T CARE WHO STARTED IT I WANT YOU TO END IT NOW! GET MOVING!
OOC: Does someone want to be one of Skippers otters?
OOC: I can't I've already got four characters in this.
BIC: Avoir had been about to stab Greyko with his spear, when Greena turned up, he then thought about killing them both, but then Aldof turned up. Avoir didn't say anything. He just sat there, thinking about how he could kill the other wildcat, and make it look like an accident.
Walks around in the Mossflower woods thinking about what my father has done to me.
"This aint over yet kitty." Greyko muttered.
OOC: Greko is in full armor. Stabbing him with a wooden spear would only make him mad.
Cantin was wandering about in the woods, looking for somebeast who could help her. Her ankle hurt very badly, and she was limping on it slightly. Cantin thought she had broken it, but she couldn't be sure. She had no idea what would help it heal, for she was only 6, and was looking for a creature who did. "Ouch!" Cantin stumbled on a rock with her bad paw and tripped. she stood up and realized that she was in the middle of a road. Cantin decided to follow it, and having no other real plan on what to do, started down the path toward somewhere she hoped would be safe.
While walking Shadow spotted Cantin walking in the woods and was woundering if he walks up to ask for help or to just keep walking.
OOC: What time is it in their world?
Aoi finally decided to take a nap, instead of sitting around being bored. In fact, she would have been excited about getting a nap, except for the fact that her indifference kept her from being able to do so. Leaning back, she closed her eyes, and started to fall asleep.

BIC: Remen went down the path in front of Redwall and saw a dibben stumbling onto the path. He hurried over and asked, "are you ok?"
Tango marched through Mossflower in right old mood. She was furious, when suddenly she saw a otter running toward her. She could also hear angry talking. "Hey there old chap, what's up wot?"

Lana noticed the time of day and realized that he was very hungry, He reached into his haversack and pulled out some stale bread and munched on it thoughtfully. Deciding that the best course of action would be to rest for the remainder of the day/night, he found a suitable spot underneath an oak tree and drew his cloak about him to ward off the chill that was to come with the night. Aoi stops watching the leaves when she realizes that there is a badger asleep at the foot of a tree near hers. Thinking that this is indeed an interesting development, she tries to decide whether she should pepper the creature with leaves from above, or possibly just leave it alone. Eventually, she decides on the latter for the time being.

Sie followed Harin through the forest. They crossed at least five streams, and Sie was getting excited. He couldn't wait to see Swallow Valley, it was somewhere, few creatures had heard about let alone seen. "How much further is it?" Sie kept asking, the wood he was carrying was beginning to get heavy though.
"Not too much further, we'll be there soon." Harin replied.
OOC: Wheres Amarith Waterspring?
OOC: No idea.
After Tango had walked off in a huff, Ambrosine just kept walking with Enthal (and Leliah, I guess, but I'm not going to PP), tracking Sie.
OOC: GAHH!!! Nothing for me to do,

OOC: I can't do much till my horde starts to obey orders.

"Get packed." Greyko said as he walked away to prepare the rest of the horde to move out.

"Well were should we look?" asked Galendar.
Greena walked from tent to tent, sticking in her head and screaming, "GET PACKED!! WE'RE MOVING OUT!!" at everybeast in them.
"Is the horde ready to move?" Aldof asked walking up to Greena.
Aoi, hearing the commotion from the horde's camp, realizes that if the badger remains where the badger is, the badger might get caught. Normally, Aoi wouldn't care, but, considering the fact that she felt like annoying this badger when it woke up; she knew that if it died, she wouldn't get any fun out of it. So, climbing silently into the tree, she begins to pepper the badger with leaves, acorns, and twigs.
"At Redwall Abbey." Tango suggested, he hoped this otter would know where she meant.

Avoir had packed up, and was waiting to move out. Although he was menacing, and grumpy. He was also fast, and capable. He had managed to pack up before anyone else.

"There it is, Swallow Valley." Harin smiled pointing.
Sie looked with astonishment, it was a deep valley with a largish river running through it. There were some fruit trees, and bushes. And just some normal trees. But dotted around the valley were little houses. Badgers, squirrels, mice, otters, and some hedgehogs walked back, and forth along stone paths. "It's really something." Sie said, at last.
Lana awoke to some objects hitting him, jumping to his feet he looked around, there were leaves, acorns, and twigs all around him. "These were not here when I sat to rest" He murmured to himself. *Bonk!* Lana felt a sharp pain in the middle of his forehead, looking up he realized that there was a squirrel dropping things onto him. "GET PACKED!! WE'RE MOVING OUT!!" The voice made Lana almost jump in fright. That was the voice of a vermin! Quickly grabbing his pack he slung it over his shoulder and peeked out from behind the tree. Just on the other side, he could see vermin moving about and no small number either. "Fur' 'n fates! How did they get there?!" Ducking back behind the tree, Lana made an account of his options, he could never take on that many vermin on his own! He would have to find help. But more importantly, those vermin where after something, or someone. He would have to get ahead of them and warn those that are in their path. then speaking quietly he asked the squirrel "Excuse me kind squirrel, but is it possible for you to guide me ahead of the vermin?" "I'm sorry to ask this favor of you, but I don't know these woods and I have to warn any beast that is in their path".

Aoi looked a little perplexed. Most badgers got angry when she dropped things on their heads. She hopped down onto the ground and stared at him. "Sure, I can guide you. Sort of." Turning away, she started to walk towards a safer place in the woods at a rather leisurely pace.
"Yes, sir Cap'n Aldof! Would ya like me to scout ahead, sir?"
"No, send Greyko."
"Alright then sir!" Grena said, throwing a salute. She walked off to find Greyko, when she did, "Cap'n Aldof wants you to scout ahead. Grab ya pack and a few others, and get moving!"
"Grimnose, I need you and four others armed and dangerous. Make sure they are good fighters and able scouts. NOW!"

Galendar had heard of the Abby, but he had never been there. "Lead the way then." he said.
"You have my thanks." Lana followed the squirrel but looked a bit puzzled at the squirrel as she moved at such a leisurely pace. "Are you sure it's safe to travel at such a pace with the vermin at such a close distance?" Lana's mind was racing and his heartfelt like it was in his throat. What could the vermin possibly want here in Mossflower? I don't know of any place here that they would want. "Do you know of anything that the vermin might want here in mossflower?
"Yes sir," Grimnose replied and ran off to Avoir's tent. "Avoir, I need you to come with me, grab three of your most dangerous mates and meet me in front off the Cap'n's tent. Make sure all of ya are armed to the teeth."

"I think it's over in that direction." Aoi hadn't ever actually been to the Abbey, so she didn't know exactly where it was. She hoped that the badger didn't run off in the direction she pointed, because then she would have to follow it and make sure he didn't do something stupid, like run into the pike lake. However amusing that might be if it happened on accident, she didn't want it to happen because she pointed in the wrong direction.
OOC: No offense, but I wanted to call someone a nuthead, and so...
Tango nodded, "Alright, hoky doky! Wot." She turned, and headed back the way she had come.

Avoir frowned, but didn't say anything. He then went off to find some of his mates. Of which he didn't have many, but there one or two vermin in the horde who he got along with. He seeked them out, one a rat, one a minkmaid, and one a ferret.
"They should be here by now! Where did that Grimnose run off to?" Greyko growled to know one in particular.

Avoir eyed Greyko, the whispered so no one else could hear, "You better sleep with one eye open. That armour can't protect you from a dagger in your throat. And remember, these here three are loyal to me." With that said, he smirked, and walked off.

Sie, and Harin had now made it down into the bottom of the valley. They had neared a house, when a badgerwife came running out of it, right towards them exclaiming, "Harin where on earth have you been! I've been worried sick! Oh, and who is this you've brought home with you?" She said, looking accusingly at Sie.
OOC: There is one porblem with Tango. she is in the East while the otter who's name eludes me right now in in the west. there is no way the two of you could have met up!
BIC: Enthal headed out again she wished Tango had not left them like that but it could not be helped and she could not go chasing every Salamadastronian who ran off like that. Sie was her top priority.

OOC: No offense taken! :D In some ways I guess I am a nuthead. And sorry that I have not posted for a couple of days, I was in school and working a grave-yard shift both days.
BIC: "Well then lets go!" Lana strode briskly off, "We had better hurry before those vermin find the abbey, who knows what destruction a force of that size could make" As he walked he noticed that the normal sounds of the forest that he heard earlier that day of buzzing bees, and singing birds were absent. As if they were never there. "Strange to hear the forest so quiet" he murmured.
Chuckling to herself, Aoi followed the badger. She wasn't exactly sure where they would end up if they kept their current course, but she knew she could check at any time. For now, it was slightly amusing to be going nowhere. The quiet of the forest didn't bother her, so she ignored the badger's comment.
OOC: Haha. Good. I tend to offend people on accident a lot, so...
OOC: Lol! It's hard to offend me, I grew up with my siblings always insulting each other and rough housing. :)
BIC: Lana Kept on walking at his brisk pace. After a while of traveling he stopped to catch his breath. It was well after dark now. Should I stop and rest for the night? But what if the vermin find this abbey that the squirrel talked about? Surely the abbey could not have enough warriors to defend it's self against such a force.... Could it? Deciding that the best option was to carry on, he called back to the squirrel "Should we carry on for the night? Or should we rest instead?"
OOC: Haha.
BIC: Aoi had climbed up a nearby oak as soon as the badger stopped, just to get her bearings. Not surprisingly, the Abbey was in a different direction, and possibly at least a day's journey from where they were. "We should stop here tonight." Climbing down, she pointed at a tree whose roots had grown in such a way that they made something of an overhang. "That's a good place to sleep, for a big beast like you. We shouldn't risk a fire."

BIC: Aoi rolled her eyes as the badger questioned her. After he had settled down, she settled herself halfway up the same tree he was under and promptly fell asleep.
OOC: Not that it's impossible either. I mean since everyone is gone, we could.... *Clears throat* Help ourselves to a few killings here and there. ;D
BIC: Lana slept soundly that evening, his obnoxiously loud snores waking Aoi from her deep slumber.

BIC: Aoi was not pleased at being woken up by a snoring badger. However, she knew that it was something she couldn't help, so she crept down the tree and went looking for something to munch on.
OOC: *Holds back giggle* Shhh! They might hear you! ;D *Speaks in a delighted whisper* I am thinking that we should set fire to a few of the tents where the flames won't spread and get them tired of watching through the nights for their mysterious attackers while we sneak to redwall after we light the tents every night, and visit the kitchens and eat heartily! What do you think?
BIC: Lana remained sleeping as Aoi crept off to have her midnight snack in peace.

BIC: Aoi found a few mushrooms of the 'only slightly poisonous' kind, and sat down on a rock to nibble on them.
OOC: You know you have to be careful when you do stuff like that so that you don't PP or GM. I would say it is ok but you would have to let the vermin characters determine the extent of the damage.
BIC: Enthal had been walking all after noon and the sun was beginning to go down. She skampered up a tree to get her barings and when she came back down she began to take out some food. "No point in going any farther I can't track in the dark we will have to stop here"

Avoir was signing to Ruse, the minkmaid, for she was deaf. They were discussing the promotion of Greena, the fox seer.
"It's a load of codswallop!" Ruse signed, "She's up to no good, she after power."
"Yeah, and she's now got plenty of it," Avoir signed back, he was frowning, "Ruse, why do we stay with this horde. Come on, Me, you, Nazwa, and Fretka, could manage on our own. We could be a sort of roaming band."
"I like the sound of that Avoir, but I want Greena first, and don't you want to get Greyko?"
"Yeah, so let's stay until our unfinished business is over." Avoir signed, a wicked grin on his face.
OOC: touché! Hmm, we shall have take over the horde and then have them all gather in a large tent in the center of a ring of campfires and set up a circle of fire and burn them all to the ground! ;D (But of course the vermin don't know this, so our plans are still on the safe side.... For now at least. Don't anybody tell them what's coming!) Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that Aoi and Lana are somehow going to meet up with Enthal.... Am I wrong? Because I am rather surprised that the vermin themselves have not heard his snores!
BIC: Lana remained sleeping as Aoi sat nibbling her semi-poisonous mushrooms.
OOC: Well, we can always try (really hard) to set fire to the tents... And yeah, the fact that they haven't heard Sir Snore-a-lot is slightly surprising. :P
BIC: After finishing off her mushrooms, Aoi decided that she should probably scout out the way that she and the badger would have to take come morning. Truthfully, she didn't particularly want to guide the badger to Redwall, but she didn't not want to either.
Greyko had scaled a tree and was surveying the land when he saw Avoir and his band sighning to the mink. Perfect he thought to himself. Then he took a small throwing ax and a long dagger off his belt. He threw the ax at Avoir's back and the dagger at the minks chest, but he did not see if they found their marks because he suddenly heard loud snoring below him and turned to see who was sleeping.

BIC: Crabbygrog, a ferret whose place on any vermin totem pole is very low, sat in her tent, humming tunelessly and trying to polish her trusty rusty sword with an apple. It was late at night, but Crabby had spent most of the day asleep, so now it was time to work. Shivering, she wondered why it was so dark in her tent. Dork and cald. Dork and cald? Dard and colk. Much better.
OOC: Omigosh, she's mine, and I absolutely adore her already!!! I can't wait to burn her tent! Mwahahahahaha!

Now, as another note, I had original plans to introduce 'Jovani' once the odd companions of Squirrel and Badger had set fire to the vermin camp and he smells the smoke. Any objections to my intentions??

Lana looked up and suddenly wished he hadn't. As he looked up he smacked his muzzle on one of the tree roots that made up the ceiling. He rubbed his muzzle tenderly while he whispered "A vermin in the tree? I did not know that vermin could climb tree's. What should we do? I can't get up there to kill him"
OOC: Yeah, your grammar is bad. I won't hold it against you. Yet.
BIC: Aoi rolled her eyes. "Yeah, vermin climb trees. In fact, some of them climb better than badgers do. Just ignore it." She was rather annoyed that 'vermin in the tree' was the only thing the badger seemed to have heard.
OOC: Well, that's a relief! :) I shall have to practice with my grammar before you do hold it against me. ;D
BIC: Ignore the vermin in the tree?! But that vermin could know where they are and sneak up on them and kill us while our backs are turned! "But he could kill us while our backs are turned!" He whispered hoarsely.
OOC: Smart idea. :) My patience when it comes to grammar is thin.
BIC: Aoi shrugged. "If you want to turn your back, that's fine with me." Truthfully, she was pouting. The vermin in the tree was a rather unimportant matter to her, and the nutheaded badger was blowing it out of proportion and ignoring her earlier comment about burning the vermin camp.

BIC: The sudden realization of what Aoi had said hit Lana like a thunderbolt! "Did you say Burn the vermin camp?!"
OOC: You better watch out!!! :D
BIC: Oh, so he finally gets it. Aoi grins mischievously. "Yup. That's what I said. Burn it!"
"But how are we going to sneak into the vermin camp to burn it? I have some flint and tinder in my haversack that we can use."
Aoi rolls her eyes, yet again. "We aren't. I am. Your main function is getting me out. It's not a difficult process. I get in, light a few tents up, I get out, you cover me while we run."
Nazwa, the rat, had very good earing, and he had been watching Greyko out of the corner of his eye. When he threw the axe, and dagger, he jumped back, pushed Avoir, and Ruse out of the way. Then Fretka, who had been watching Nazwa quickly loaded his bow, and fired three times at Greyko in the tree.
Avoir jumped up, and looked to where the attack was coming from, then spotted something. "Hey, look there's a squirrel, and something else under the tree!"

Sie sat at the table in Harin's comfy little house, Harin was sat next to him, and on the other side of the table was her Grandmother. Harin's mother was in the kitchen getting dinner ready.

Tango turned on the otter, paws on hips, "It'll be too dark to travel wot! And what's the point of tiring ourselves out!"
Really Tango would have been able to continue on all night, but she was in unfamiliar territory.
Grimnose saw Nazwa push Avoir out of the way of the ax. Mad at Nazwa for saving Avoir he grabbed the dagger in one hand and ax in the other. Tossing the dagger at Nazwa he attacked Avoir and Ruse with the ax.
OOC: Just a reminder that the horde is packed and going to march soon.

BIC: "But how are you going to light the tents without being seen?" Lana looked a little perplexed at the notion of sneaking into a vermin camp unseen.
OOC: I do hope the vermin left their tents behind...
Aoi grinned. "Not being seen is not an issue. The vermin are about to head off. The camp is chaotic. I get in, no-beast notices, set the fire, and get out!"

BIC: "Right! Lets get going" Standing abruptly Lana smashed his skull against the tree roots, falling with a thud back onto his rump. Groaning in pain and clutching his aching head he crawled out from beneath the overhang concealed by the tree roots. "So shall we get started?"
"Yes from what I can see he is not far ahead," I'll take first watch tonight you can take the last one sister," Enthal said taking a drink.
Aoi smacked her head with her palm. Now she knew why the badger was a nuthead. Suddenly, she stopped still. "Hey, you, badger. I can't call you badger for the rest of forever, what's your name?" Normally she wouldn't bother with this tiny detail, but since the badger had to make sure she didn't get killed, she ought to at least show something of an interest in his name to make his loyalty towards her stronger.

Greyko decided to ignore the beasts at the foot of the tree and leaped down to were the fight was happening. He promptly pried Grimnose off Avior and tossed him to the side like a bug. "I'v been thinking Avior. We actually have a lot in common. We both hate the horde, Greena, and Adolf. So let's just kill the vixen and then desert together. What do you say?"

I'll never understand Squirrels. How can they be so joyful when so close to danger? Lana hurriedly made off in the direction of Redwall, all the time worrying about Aoi Rose.
Nazwa helped Ruse up, she was fuming, and drew her sabre, and tried to get at Greyko. Avoir scowled, "I don't believe a word of it, you just tried to kill us, and Grimnsoe here also had a go at it! Why did we get chosen, was it to scout, or be killed!"
Nazwa had signed to Ruse what was being said, and she stood scowling, behind Avoir, Fretka loaded his bow again, and got ready in case he needed to fire. Nazwa had finished signing, and pointed his spear at Grimnose, "I don't know what your problem is!"
Aoi quickly made her way to the vermin camp, chuckling along the way. When she got there, she pulled a tube of pine resin out of her tunic, and silently sneaked into the camp, hoping she wouldn't be caught. On the way, she daubed resin on a few smallish trees, and one or two tents.

Crabbygrog saw a shadow pass her tent, and something poke the wall, but she was far too interested in the beetle that was crawling across the ground in front of her.
"Well then, I'll leave the vixen to you and go conquer this Abby with a few of my old friends" Greyko snarled.

Galendar saw a tall steeple in the distance just before he couldn't see anything at all and began walking in the general direction of it.
Grimnose pushed the spear aside and ran. He found a path and started to follow it. Then he tripped and hit his head. He fell to the ground and passed out.
Nazwa started after him, but Avoir stopped him, "Don't bother, it's the vixen we want. We can get those two later, and anyway what happened to that squirrel, and other thing by the tree?"
Ruse shrugged, Fretka snarled, "What do they matter, let's just get out of here, and set up some ambush for the vixen, she's wronged us badly through the seasons, and it's time she paid!"

Sie settled down to sleep in the spare bedroom, of the cosy little house Harin shared with her family. Dinner had been excellent, and Sie thought he had made a good impression on the family.

Tango had decided not to go after Galendar, she was worried that she would just get lost. So she found herself a nice camp, under a fir tree, and ate some of her rations. Then she went to sleep.
OOC: Haha! Good one BlueRose! I love the beetle! ;D That's one awesome beetle!
BIC: Lana Kept up his quick pace as he stumbled through the forest. What in Blazes was that squirrel thinking?! Sneaking into the vermin camp by herself, she should have at least let him come along till the edge of the Forest outside the vermin camp!
OOC: It is!
BIC: Aoi looks at her handiwork. A few tents near fires, daubed with highly flammable pine resin, sat ready to be kindled. The squirrel grabbed a long stick, and ran back along her previous path, using the stick to scatter the fires, making sure that the scattering hit the tents with resin. After she got out of camp, she watched for a moment before leaping through the trees in the direction she sent Lana.

Crabbygrog continued watching the beetle, admiring it's shiny carapace. It was a glittery purpley-green sort of shell, very attractive for a beetle. Suddenly, something bright hit her tent, and the beetle ran out it as fast as it could. Crabs was very disappointed, but after a little while, her tent was no longer cold. Or dark. It was rather warm and bright, actually. In fact, one of her sides was getting almost uncomfortably warm. She looked at the source of the warmth and light. "Did I die? Th'beetle done me in! There's a mystic light in ma'tent!"
OOC: Hahahaha! ;D
BIC: Lana Stopped and rested briefly panting like a bellows. How am I going to know if she completed her task? Is she okay? Questions buzzed through Lana's mind, constantly bothering him. Then he saw it. A large red building in the distance. "That has to be it!" He stood once more and ran as fast as he could through Mossflower woods to the Abbey.
Aldof ran out of his tent. " FIRE! FIRE! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!" Then he stopped when he saw that almost half of the camp was on fire. He ran around trying to find Greena. When he couldn't find her he ran for the sea yelling, "INTO THE WATER! EVERYBEAST INTO THE WATER!"
OOC: The fire spread.

Grimnose awoke and began to run again. He saw a hedgehog with five otters and a dibben. Half crazy he fell to the ground pleading for mercy.
OOC: I really do love Crabs. She's extremely amusing.
BIC: Aoi saw Lana running ahead of her, and sped up in order to reach the Abbey ahead of him.

Crabbygrog slowly realized that she wasn't dead, and, despite her disappointment, she supposed that if she stayed in her tent, she really would die. Having been burned multiple times by rough vermin letting off steam, she knew that it wasn't a pleasant experience to die by fire. So, she grabbed her meager belongings; consisting of an apple core, her sword, a moth-eaten bedroll, and a stone shaped slightly like a bit of stone; and ran out of the tent. As soon as she exited her flaming portable domicile, she fell flat on her nose and lost her apple core.
Greyko left Avior and began a long hike to a place where he knew he could assemble some of his old friends into a raiding party.

Galendar felt his paws slapping the dirt rode and suddenly was passed by a large badger. I wander who that was. He thought as he continued to run headlong towards the Abby.

Salemook had a nightmare of the wildcat that killed his family. The cat was coming to Redwall leading about two score of other wildcats. all of them chanting GREYKO GREYKO GREYKO KING KING KING!!!!!!!!!! Then he awoke, and not able to sleep, he grabbed a lantern and went up to the battlements. Looking out over the flat lands Salamook thought he saw a big creature running fast towards the gates.
"Who are you?" Remen asked. Grimnose didn't answer. He had passed out again. "I think hes gone mad," commented a otter. "Mad or not we'll take him back to Redwall," Remen said, "he may have something important to tell us if he was running up the road that fast."

BIC: Greena woke up and saw that her tent was on fire. She panicked, since she absolutely HATED fire, but then calmed down enough to grab her bed roll and start to dash out of her tent, but tripped on the way out, and got trapped by two rocks. She wrenched her paw loose in time to run out and see Aldof running toward the sea, yelling. She scrambled toward him, and caught up. "I'm here, Sir!"
"Get some other beasts and get them to save as many tents as they can. Then get the rest of horde to start putting out the fire. I don't want to rule a wasteland!!"

BIC: Aoi reached the Abbey before Lana by her own routes, and saw a lantern glimmering up on the wall. So, without further ado, she scampered straight up to the battlements. "Hello. Do let the badger in, he can't climb very well."
The day had been a long one; Beginning with a small, meager meal to satisfy the hunger built up after a night of rough rest; disturbed by the uncomfortable feeling of foreboding and nightmares brought upon by said foreboding feelings. After the meal, a nice long walk down the even longer dirt road that stretched on as far as any beasts eyes could see, seemed a delightful way to pass the day.
The great Badger snorted in annoyance at that thought, shaking his large head. If a long walk day after day to reach a place that may not actually exist were delightful, then he would take up knitting.
The badger paused in his walk, settling down on his haunches for a short break on the side of the road.
It was just after mid-day, the sun still blazing high in the blue sky above with small white puffs of clouds floating lazily here and there. Spotting the accumulating alto-stratus clouds to the north, the badger cautiously sniffed the air.
A mixture of the fresh outdoor air of growing plants, shifting dirt and the nearby trickles of water tickled his nose, underlined with a sharp cold and the tell-tale scent of rain. The ginger-furred beast growled, his annoyance growing at the prospect of being caught in a torrent of cold rain; he was far happier doing his job in Salamandastron.
At the thought of his mountain-home, what was left of the badgers good mood vanished, and he pushed himself to his paws and, his snout pulled back in an angry snarl, continued his long walk down the road to find the elusive RedWall Abbey and silently wishing for some unfortunate and half-witted thieving creature to cross his path. It would not be so fortunate for the doomed beast of larcenous habit, but at the very least, it would loose some of the pent-up steam he was feeling.
As night pressed in and the dark rain clouds began closing in, the badger slowed his hurried trotting pace and began seriously considering finding a suitable shelter for the night. As he left the open-space of the road and approached the forest, he sniffed the air again, this time searching for a particular smell; the noxious fumes of a beast in desperate need of innumerous bars of soaps. The senseless creatures of ill repute usually traveled in groups, making them easier to smell. One could usually tell if a coterie of verminous-repute were nearby, by the rank scent of unwashed bodies mixed with layers of sweat and blood. It was almost a guarantee vermin were nearby if one smelt that in the air, it seemed to be a trade-mark of the breed. While the smell did not do any good to one's stomach up-close and personal to the feculent-smelling beasts of lawless intentions, it made tracking them all the easier.
The badgers search for vermin hordes were disrupted by the heavy scent of smoke in the air, the second-most detectable smell besides the approaching rain-storm. By the smell, whoever's camp it was wasn't too far ahead, just inside the forest-line.
With a snort to dispell the scent from his nose, the badger followed the heavy scent of smoke, un-slinging his bow as he went. One never knew if they needed it, and knowing vermin, they were most likely the ones behind the fire.
It didn't take long for the badger to reach his destination; he kept behind the trees and slowed his pace as the orange glow of the spreading fire came within his sight. Something streaked out of the forest, too small to be any vermin he knew of, and running at a pace that screamed of fear. The small creature was following behind a larger beast, one with a familiar white streak across his head; the only visible marking that could be seen at this great a distance in the fading light. A badger. They must have been part of the camp the vermin were burning, and run to either get away, or fetch help from the large fortress-like accomadrie in the distance. The badger opted the two were fetching help and continued on towards the growing fire-light, ducking behind a tree as he got closer.
Nocking an arrow into his bow, the badger peered around his hiding-tree to determine the nature of the fire and whether his assistance was deemed neccessary. Depending on the odds, vermin versus favourable creatures, he would consider aiding the favourables. If the odds against them were too great, he would slip off and hope not to have been seen and wait for an opportune moment to help the poor creatures.
As it was, the badger found his assistance quite unneccessary, as the source of the fire was a vermin camp. He realized belatedly that he had not smelt the foul creatures earlier because of the over-powering smell of smoke and burning brush. The malevolent creatures were running about like academy-fresh pigeons in their first fight, yelling and attempting to fight the ever-growing flames, which seemed to have begun burning the brush and trees surrounding the camp. Mildly pleased with the vermins idiocy for setting their own camp ablaze, the rustic badgers began creeping away from the flaming scene of wailing vermin and set off back towards the road.
Quite obviously, his help was not required.
"First tell me who you are and what your running from." Salamook insisted.

Greyko climbed to the top of the high hill, an ancient place where cats once thrived. The hill had a castle built into it and at the very, very top was a beacon mad from hay and pine risen under a large pile of logs. Greyko lit a torch and tossed it at the bottom of the pile. The beacon immediately burst into flame. Now let it begin Greyko thought as he pulled out a gold crown that he had stole from a old seer whom he had killed. This was the same crown the long dead king of the castle had worn. Greyko chuckled wickedly as he put the sparkling golden ring on his head.
OOC: Yoipes, Jovani, that was loooonngggg.
BIC: Crabbygrog just stayed where she was on the ground, not minding the paws of her hordemates (is that a thing?) as they pounded around and over her to put out the flames. She was used to being stepped on, even if buckets of water did add to the weight of the vermin who didn't realize she was there. Luckily for her, no beast stepped on her head. After a while, she looked up to watch the wet fires sizzle into nothingness, and realized that her tent was gone. Standing up, she wandered over to where it had been and looked at the spot in a puzzled manner. Being who she was, it didn't even cross her mind that the fire had burned it down. Still puzzled, she squatted down and began to draw patterns in the ashes, singing to herself. "Ashes, ashes! Wonder where they came from, wonder where they go!" Happily, she surveyed the drawing she had made. It looked like a stone! In fact, it looked like the stone she had that was shaped slightly like a stone. Setting the actual stone next to her drawing, she gazed proudly at her handiwork.

Aoi sighed. "Not technically running from anyone. Well, not yet. Until the bad guys realize that their camp was set on fire by someone outside their group." She jumped off the battlements and down onto the walkway. "If you don't let him in, I will. I know how the gates here work."
Salamook jumped down in front of Aoi and pulled a dagger from his belt. "You didn't tell me who you are and what vermin are you talking about?" he said sternly. his dagger was pointed at Aoi's chest.

The cats had began to arrive. Wild cats, farle cats, hill cats, cave cats. Greyko stood with the burning beacon at his back. "I am your kings ancestor and now I am your king! I have the crown! I will lead you to victory over Redwall and conquer it's lands as the prophecy's have told. I AM GREYKO!!!!!!!!!!!!" The mob was now wildly chanting GREYKO GREYKO GREYKO KING KING KING!
"We will take Redwall tomorrow night!" Greyko shouted pleased that his evil plan was working well.
Aoi rolled her eyes and batted the dagger away with her paw. "I'm a squirrel. Just trust me. If you don't, I'll just leave and nobeast gets to know about the vermin. Your choice!"
"Fine accept one more thing, is the badgers name Sie?
"Who is he Remen?" Cantin squeaked, pointing at the vermin in front of her, "and why is he here? Ouch!" Cantin exclaimed. She had stepped on a sharp rock with her bad paw. "That hurt!!" She cried.
"I don't know who he is," Remen answered, "but you should take him with you. The otters will go back with you and I will go on to the sea."
Grimnose woke up just in time to hear Remen finish the sentience. " No!" He cried, "not the sea, please, don't take me to the sea." With that he again fell to the ground, unconscious.
Lana speed towards the Abbey, his foot paws beating like a drum on the ground. His breath came in ragged gasp from the long run from his and Aoi's previous campsite. He continued doggedly onward, then something shot by him. At first he thought it was an arrow, but arrows couldn't climb walls. Could they? Then he saw the small light glowing dimly on the wall top. "Open the gates!" He called, gasping desperately for air as he continued running towards the gates of Redwall.
Galendar saw a small light gleaming in the air, but other then that he could see nothing. Then suddenly his head smacked the big wooden gate of Redwall and he was knocked totally unconscious.

"Whats your name?" Salamook replied to the badger.
Aoi ignored the question posed by the beast with the lantern and called down to Lana. "Slowpoke! Why'd you take so long? Surely a big, strong beastie like you can run faster than a squirrel?"
"Well since I don't know your name squirrel I'll just call you Smelly little blind pig. Anyway, Smelly little blind pig would you tell me the information for some candied chestnuts?" Salamook questioned with a gleam of mischief in his eye.
Panting like a bellows, Lana arrived at the huge wooden gates of Redwall Abbey. nearly colliding with another creature whom he unknowingly slammed into the huge gates. Leaning up against the gates he studied the creature, which he recognized as an otter. Slowly, Lana picked the otter up in his huge paws. "Are you alright sir? I did not mean to push you into the gates like that." Realizing that the otter was not responding, Lana quickly checked his breathing by putting an ear close to the otters nose. He was breathing, relieved, Lana banged on the huge wooden gate. "Open up the gates! There's a wounded otter out here!" He roared up at the wall top, as he waited for the mighty gates to open.
Aoi sighed. "Look, Mister Sass, let the badger in. He's not who you want, and he's probably tired." When she heard Lana calling up about the otter, she had an idea. Looking at the squirrel with the lantern, she batted her eyelashes coquettishly. "Hear that? Surely a strong, handsome squirrel like yourself would have no problem helping a wounded creature?"
Sie tossed, and turned in his bed, images flooded his mind. Him getting angry, Quickpaw shouting at him. Him losing his temper, and lashing out at the hare. Him falling backwards down the stairs, Tango coming out of a room, shock stamped on her features.
Sie sat bolt upright, breathing hard. "Oh, why did no one believe me?" He groaned.

Harin had heard noises coming from the room Sie was in. She was worried for the visitor, and went to see if he was alight. She came in just in time to hear him talk.
"Oh, why did no one believe me?"
"Sie," She whispered, "Are you alright?"

Avoir, Nazwa, Fretka, and use had sneaked back to the camp, but upon seeing it in flames, they hurried off again.
"Everyone will be awake, no chance of sneaking in, and gutting her while she sleeps now." Ruse signed, to Nazwa.
"We'll just have to ambush them tomorrow. All it'll take is Fretka firing an arrow into her heart, and there you go. Job done!" Avoir commented.
Fretka smiled, "It'll be an honour."
OOC: Cornflower, shall I make their murder attempt fail, unless your willing for me to kill Greena.
OOC: We have a problem. Its day on the part of path Remen is on and night everywhere else.
OOC: Okie dokie...Some managing to do! Gnoflet, just make it night where you are. Rachel, let's have it fail, preferably comically. I'm not ready for Greena to die just yet. Jovani, wonderful job! I literally clapped when I finished reading it. Long posts are encouraged, but you don't have to make them as long as that if you don't have time! There's a saying with the RPers, " The longer the better." And I'm glad that someone besides rachel and I remember that Abbey has an E.
BIC: "es, Sir." Greena said, saluting. Then she issued his orders, then started walking around to make sure they were carried out correctly, and saw Crabby. "Oi, you! Why ain't you followin' orders?"
OOC: Ok I will.
Bic: "Its to dark for you to go on," A otter objected. "Your right I guess," Remen agreed, "I'll go back with you."
OOC: Oky doky!

Salamook glared at Aio, but opened the gate to let the badger in.

Galendar slowly opened one eye. "My head." he groaned, Then realizing the embarrassing position he was in he quickly jumped out of Lana's arms and said "I can walk!"

Aoi smiled in a rather satisfied manner. She had gotten what she wanted, even if she had annoyed the other squirrel. No fur off her tail.

Crabbygrog picked up her stone again and began to wander around the destroyed camp, looking to see if anything tasty was to be had. Instead, she found a very sooty beetle carapace, the same carapace that had been on the beetle from earlier. A few tears welled at the corners of her eyes an streamed down her cheeks before she decided to see if beetle shells tasted any good. Crunch! "Ptooooey!" Beetle shells, Crabs realized, were not tasty.

BIC: Lana heard the mighty gates before him start opening, still breathing heavily, Lana groaned slightly as he started to walk through the gates. His limbs were stiff from the long run, and from holding the otter for what seemed like ages. Hurrying through the gates as fast as he could, Lana stumbled and fell over as the otter. who had regained consciousness struggled in his grip and break free and surprisingly landed on his foot paws. Lana just laid there huffing and puffing, recovering his strength.
Aoi found herself completely unconcerned that Lana was lying face down on the ground just inside the Abbey gates. She knew she ought to be, but concern wasn't one of her strong points. Still feeling rather proud of herself, she sat down next to the badger's head.
"How... Can... You... Run... So... Fast?" Lana Gasped to Aoi. Still panting heavily.
Aoi pulled a flask of water from her belt pouch and held it out to Lana. "Trees make for swift travel."
OOC: Congrats, Brinty! I remember when I got to Junior Member, and Full Member as well....Nice memories. Quite recent too.
BIC: Greena snorted, the vermin she'd called had wandered away, and she realized it had been Crabbygrog, who was a joke to her.
OOC: Congrats Brinty!
BIC: Sie looked up at Harin, and wasn't sure what to say, "I...well..." He sighed, he wanted to tell someone, maybe this badgermaid would understand. So that's what he did.
OOC: My gosh, I never even realized that Greena had spoken to Crabs! Ooopsies. Gomenasai!
BIC: After ridding her mouth of the flavor of beetle shell by spitting repeatedly, Crabbygrog noticed one of her hordemates was in her general vicinity. Crabs knew that this individual was a higher ranking member of the horde, but she couldn't remember her name. Gretta? Grenny? Greetoo? The last one sounded close enough to her. "Yo, Greetoo! Tha' fyah was purty, wasn' it?"
OOC: Crabs is not mentally challenged. She's just more iridescent than most.
Also, before I forget. Yay for Brinty!!!
"My name is GREENA, Crabbygrog. No, that fire wasn't really pretty. I don't see how anything could be pretty if it burns your tent. Anyways, I'm rather busy, being the Captain's Seer and all, so I bid ya goodnight."
"Oh. Goo'nicht, Greeka!" Crabbygrog wandered away, rather stupidly pleased that the Seer had actually called her by her name.
Greena groaned, and put her paw to her fore head. She shook her head slowly, then went to find Aldof.

"I'll live, there is a big horde of vermin. I think their coming this way! Is the justice crew here?
OCC: I have know idea if the justice crew is there or not! I think the abbes should wake up soon.
OOC: I don't know if Redwallgurl is still in. (she was in charge of the Justice Crew)
BIC: After Sie had told Harin his story, Harin wasn't able to say anything for a long time. But when she did, she spoke kindly, "It's terribly unfair of them to blame you like that." She shook her head. "It's just not right, they should try, and discover why you did it instead of just trying to kill you. That's not justice, it's...it's...well not right!"

My post is actually shorter than I had intended, and took longer than than was contented. This, no doubt, was due to my intelectual prowess gone amiss(Someone prepare the klout!). For you see, all you good RedWallian ghosts; I do hereby decree! I have difficulty following your posts!
Oh, to be certain this is of no consequence to, or of you, or me, you fine fellows! Otherwise here I would not be. Now under the "normal" circumstance, and when such opportunities permit, I shall bore you all with a post so long, you won't stand a chance – and you'll be able to read my 'shorter' posts lickety-split!
Successfully slipping away unseen by the vermin squealing at the camp, the great red badger retraced his steps back to the road, deciding he would take a walk in the rain rather than hole-up in a burning forest swarming with lying, cheating, stinking, creature-harming varmints any day of the week.
Seeing the ilks' camp alight with flames had raised his spirits some and he could almost smile at the thought of picking off a few during the chaos. The world would be better off if less of those plundering murderers were around.
He glanced up at the darkening sky, then towards the large walled building in the distance, gauging how long he would have to walk in the rain before reaching the refuge.
Deciding he had some time, the badger sniffed the air again and looked towards the forest where he had come from. Experience told him the fire had been brought under control, from the billows of dark smoke that rose periodically to join the large ever-rising mass above the forest.
Growling at their speedy extinction of the fire, the badger turned back towards the looming building in the distance and began at a brisk pace down the road. If he hurried, he wouldn't be too wet by the time he reached the shelter. It was odd, but at this distance and especially in the fading light, the walls surrounding the abode appeard to be red. Quite odd for any such building, the badger thought. Then again, he might have finally found the elusive 'RedWall Abbey' he had spent the last three years scouring the land for. The prospect could have brought a smile to any adventurers face, but the badger only huffed once and continued his marching-pace down the road, a voice not long lost to the stores of time echoing in his mind.
"-an Abbey. That is where you will go. It's walls will be red, like the rust on an old blade or the sun at it's evening peak, just before it sinks behind the mountains. It is called: RedWall Abbey; and is run by all sorts of creatures of good and kind-heart, they take in any good creature in need of a place to stay, whether for a little while or for a long spell of time, should they desire it. It is in this place, this Abbey, in which you will find what you seek."
The walls of the Abbey were indeed red; he could see that now as he approached the great wall of stone. They towered over him for many feet, making him feel as small as a newborn badger-babe when he gazed up at the top of the structure from in front of the massive wooden gate, no doubt carefully made to protect it from any beast attempting to break it down. Though the walls looked rough enough that a creature, nimble on their paws and knew the fine art of climbing that badgers care little for, could climb up and over the ramparts above.
Drawing himself to his full 14 inches(smaller than the average badger, but he pretended not to notice) to try to shake the intimidating feeling of being small the walls brought on him, the erysthritic badger raised his left paw and knocked loudly on the gate in front of him.
He had been fortunate to have beaten the rain to the gates, but if this large Abbey was anything like the walls of Salamandastron, he might be wet by the time someone appeared at the ramparts and let him in. He growled quietly under his breath. They had better hope that didn't happen. He hated the rain.
OOC: Jovani, that was pretty good! But when you're posting as your character after being out of it, put "BIC:" And no need to have your OOC: posts in blue.
BIC: Abbess Lavender woke up, and went outside. She'd had one of those dreams, where you feel like you should go somewhere when you wake up. So hence the going outside. "What's going on here?"
Quin had heard voices. Not being able to sleep he headed to the gates. He heard the Abbess's words and ran up beside her. "Is everything ok?" he asked.

Leco went to a chamber inside the castle to claim it. He took some of his mates with him. When they got there they were already discussing what to do. They went through a few plans and concluded that they would fallow Greyko for now.
OOC: When Galendar battled the eel he got a long scar on the back of his head.
BIC: "Vermin... sea... com'n..." Galendar mumbled trying to answer the abbes. Suddenly he realized that the scar on the back of his head had been tore open when he hit the gate. Then he toppled over completely unconscious.
"He will dye if we don't get help! Somebody get the infirmary keeper!" Salamook exclaimed,

Greyko sat on the old throne of the castle witch was rather uncomfortable since it had splintered on the seat from the sudden weight.
"Do we have anything to drink" he asked a large cat who had camped near the window,
"They found some ancient grog in the cellars." The cat answered,
"That will have to do. Go and get me some, we will have plenty to eat after we conquer Redwall" Greyko replied.
Quin ran to Glander. "He's bleeding bad. Get a fire started, and get my small shovel. We're going to have to cauterize it."
Salamook wasted no time in doing as Quin said. He glared again at Aio and muttered so no one else could hear.
"Your so helpful!"
Galendar saw a mouse in polished armor. His hands were on the hilt of a buitiful sword.
"Don't give up now!" the mouse said, then Galendar saw a hedgehog. His eyes blinked open.
"Where am I?" he asked,
Aoi shrugged at the other squirrel's comment. "I'm not here to be helpful."
OOC: Sorry It took so long to take my turn, I've been doing school. Just so you all know. Jovani is at the west wicker gate.
BIC: Lana had not recovered much when the otter collapsed, seeing the awful wound on the back of the otters head, Lana looked concerned at Salamook. "Is he going to be alright?". Then Lana heard a quiet banging noise coming from the west. Despite his aching muscles, Lana hurried off as fast as he could to the west wall. He followed the banging noise to the small wicker gate, reaching for the latch he almost opened it. Then thought better of it. What if it's a vermin? Spotting the west wall stairs, he hurried up the steps. Panting heavily again, he looked over the battlements to see who was knocking. Spotting Jovani, he called down to him. "Who are you and what are your intentions?"
OOC: School, the bane of us all.
BIC: After seeing that Lana was back on his paws, Aoi gave in to her urge to fall asleep. Setting fire to a vermin camp and then running to and climbing into the Abbey was more than she had ever done before, and she was exhausted. To heighten the dramatic effect, Aoi made quite a show of toppling over, before closing her eyes and falling into a very deep sleep.
Sie smiled, he liked Harin, even though she had whallowed him on the head with a log earlier, he still liked her.

Avoir, Ruse, Nazwa, and Fretka, were sitting under a fir tree, plotting murder. "Someone will have to go spy on em', then report back here." Nazwa suggested, and signed for Ruse's befit.
"But who?" Ruse signed, to Fretka who then told everyone else what she had said.
"Um, Nazwa I guess. He's the best at stealth, and he's been the spy before." Avoir shrugged, and signed.
"Alright, I'll set off when it stops raining." Nazwa agreed.
Salamook rolled his eyes at Aoi. He would never admit it or show it on his face, but he was actually beginning to like this stubborn squirrel.

Lavender saw a stick by her foot paw that looked like it would fit, and gave it to Quin, "This looks like it's small and sturdy enough." Then she webnt over to Aio and lifted her half way up and started off to the Dormitory's.

OOC: @Rachel25: A quick summary. Aoi caught the vermin camp on fire, and she and Lana made it to redwall where they met an otter who got an injury, and they were taking care of his wound when Lana heard a banging sound coming from the west wall. And that is where he is currently, he is calling down to Jovani's character who was knocking on the west wall wicker gate.
OOC: Ok, I've got that much. But I do think we need to move the story on a bit. Nothing much has really happened. If the vermin horde are gonna attack Redwall. They should do it now. Then the story will be concentrated at Redwall, and then all the characters can come together to fight the battle.
OOC: I agree.
OOC: Sounds good! Would somebody dump water on Aoi's head? Or drop her in the pond or something like that.
OOC: Aoi was taken to the dormitory.
BIC: Aldof went to Greena and asked, "how quickly can you get the horde ready to march?"
OOC: I know, I just wanted someone to dump water on her head.
BIC: Crabbygrog settled herself in the ashes, hoping to get some sleep. She knew, from her experience as the lowest member of the horde, that soon enough somebeast would need some grunt work done.
"Half an hour at the soonest, an hour at the latest. I'll get right to work, sir."
Aoi walked back out onto the front lawns of the Abbey, dripping wet. "This is why I don't like dibbuns."
Lavender snorted then apologized. "Heehee! Oh, er sorry! I'll go get you a towel, miss."
"Nah, don't worry about it." Aoi hopskipped to the nearest tree, climbed it, and then hung upside down from a random branch. "This'll work."
Tango had decided she didn't want to camp alone in Mossflower, especially with a vermin horde nearby. "Stupid darkness wot. If only the blooming moon would come out for a bit, that would be spiffing."
But it did not, so Tango stu,bled, and tripped her way through Mossflower, in completely the wrong direction to Redwall Abbey.
OOC: What happened to Tango?
OOC: She met Brinty's character, and was traveling to the Abbey with him, when it got dark, and she wanted to camp, cos she didn't know where she was. Now she stumbling around Mossflower lost.
Lavender shrugged, "Alright, if you're sure."
OOC: Not much I can do until jovani posts. Other then the occasional post saying that I am still here.
OOC: Cornflower, can you post something about yelling at the vermin to get ready to march?
BIC: Quin put the stick in Galendar's mouth. Picking up the shovel from a rock by the fire he gently put in down on Galendar's head, firmly pressing down on the place where the scar was and then Quin lifted the shovel and placed it back on the rock next to the fire.
Galendar bit down hard on the stick and it snapped easily between his powerful jaws. His head felt like it was about to fall off as he gritted his teeth. Then the shovel was pulled away and Salamook dumped a bucket of cold water on his head. Though his head still hurt Galendar thanked Quin and stood up on wobbly legs.
Greena hurried away to get the horde marching. She ran around shreiking at all the horde beasts she met "UP ON YA HUNJERS!@ GET READY TO MARCH ON THE DOUBLE!!" She saw Crabbygrog, and went to her and kicked her. :Get UP, you useless bit o' slop! If you aren't up and ready to marck in ten seconds I'll use my cane on you!" She said, brandishing the cane she'd just picked up a few minutes ago and had no idea how to use.
Tango could see the light of a fire. She stumbled towards it, but then tripped on a tree root, and went crashing down the small slope towards where the fire was. She landed right on top of Nazwa, who promptly swore, and shoved her off.
"Hey guys look! I rabbit!" She shouted to the others.
"Um, pardon my intrusion, but I'm a hare, not a rabbit." Tango knew she was in trouble. She was in the middle of four nasty looking vermin, one of which had just drawn a dagger.

Crabbygrog jumped up, used to being woken up in harsh words. Grabbing her sword, she jumped around excitedly.

"I ur, got lost, wot." Tango, said getting more, and more worried.
Avoir laughed, "Well, good thing you did. Cos I've always wanted a rabbit skin cloak."
"Um, two things, one I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not a rabbit, and two, you should learn to stand up." Tango commented.
Avoir looked puzzled. "I am standing up."
"Not for long." Tango said, and kicked savagely at Avoir's legs. He went tumbling to the ground, Tango then jumped up, and ran for her life.
"There is a horde of vermin coming this way."Galendar said,
"How big is it?" asked Salamook,
"I did not see the whole thing, but that silly squirrel did."
OOC:... wow a lot happened. :P
BIC: Enthal sat up the rain had been keeping her awake and she had thought she heard something. the sound of some beast tramping around in the forest. she got up and followed the noise quietly but she could not tell who it was. so she heard shouts up ahead on of them was definitely Tango.
Avoir, and his little band grabbed their weapons, and charged off after Tango, screaming curses, and threats.
Enthal saw Tango running towards her with the vermin oh her heals. She drew Martins sword and yelled "Need some help?"
Tango didn't hear her. She just kept on running. An arrow landed close to her footpaw, then another hit her footpaw. She went down hard, banging her head on a tree root. She didn't black out, she was just dazed, but that was all the vermin needed.
Enthal yelled out "Hey you play fare!" and started running towards them she was on them in moments sword upraised and yelling "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLL,"
Greena swore, that silly Crabbygrog had jumped on her foot! "Watch where ya put ya paws, ya useless piece o' blubber!"
Crabbygrog flinched and cowered, unsure of what to do. "S-sorry, Greeka!"
Avoir sliced at this new comer, with his sword, while the others attacked with their various weapons.
Enthal deflected the blade and chopped of the head of a spear before yelling "Tango! Your back! Now go! Get out of here!"
"It's GREENA! Lucky for you, Crabbygrog, that I have to get this horde up and moving! Now, get into formation!" Greena bellowed at Crabs, then turned and swaggered away, getting the horde moving by rather, ah, loud means.
Crabby flinched and scurried into her place at the back of the horde.
Fretka, who had stayed a little behind, notched an arrow onto his bow. And aimed at Enthal's throat. His rarely missed, and he was sure he could hit her from this distance, even though there was a strongish breeze.
OOC: It up to you Faiyloe whether or not she gets hit.
Ambrosine had been awakened by all the shouts. She sat up quickly. "Enthal?" No reply. But the shouting continued.
The mousemaid Sister stood up. As she did so, she heard somebeast yell, "REEEDDDDWWWWAAAAALLLLLL!!" The voice was unmistakably Enthal's.
Oh no. What's going on? She was really scared, but knew she had to do something. Ambrosine was about to bravely run towards the shouting when she tripped over a stick. A big, thick one. She grabbed it and continued running through the rainy night towards the noise.
OOC: It is still night, isn't it? :P
OOC: Yes, it's still night, but as soon as that fight's over it's going to be morning.
OOC: Can I just make Remen take Cantin to Redwall?
OOC: I think Amarith left the Forums. But you coud always, I dunno...Say that you lost Cantin?
OOC: How could I just lose her when Remen is standing right in front of her?
OOC: Amarith was online two days ago. So I don't think she's left.

Avoir, and his band, knew they were facing a warrior. Even though there were more of them, they couldn't beat her. Avoir knew this, and decided that there was no point getting killed by someone he didn't have an argument with. "Alright mousey! (?) we're leaving!"
Avoir signalled his group to leave. They did, sulking all the way.
OOC: Rach, I think Enthal's a squirrel. Haven't read the sheets in a while. Alright! Please do NOT post here any longer, I'll have a mod move this to the finished RP Section, the OOC: will be a new one, with all the sheets in the first post, and the RP will be up and running again about Tuesday!
