@Firehawke cool! :) will be listening to Taggerung later. I've missed that book. I miss all of my favorites.

Firehawke

That's a great book, too!

I'm making my way through all of the books again in chronological order, so it will be a bit before I get to Pearls of Lutra and Taggerung.  I originally was going to read them all, but I decided to go ahead and listen to some (in part because Redwall is my happy place, and also because I am in the middle of rereading Silmarillion)

Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

I didn't really like either of them... ;D

That grin is so deceiving.
I can never tell if you're joking or not. :P

Delthion

I grin, when I am either joking or just trying to show that I am not trying to offend. ;D (Like that. ;D And that. ;D And that. ;D IT WON'T STOP!!!! ;D)

So what are you trying to show?! ;D"

Delthion

Well, I don't really know...I use grins so frequently that even I don't know what they mean... ;D But I was being serious in the post which we are speaking about. ;D

I liked them, as I liked most of the Redwall books, although they were not in my list of favorites. Mara in particular always annoyed me.

Captain Tammo

I'm actually re-reading the Pearls of Lutra as I'm writing this! I loved Emperor Ublaz. I thought he was by far the coolest villain of the series!
"Cowards die a thousand times, a warrior only dies once. The spirits of all you have slain are watching you, Vilu Daskar, and they will rest in peace now that your time has come. You must die as you have lived, a coward to the last!" -Luke the warrior

I really wish we could have seen more of Cap'n Barranca. He seemed like a good character...

I didn't really like Salamandastron, but Pearls of Lutra is one of my favorites.
