We shall tame the threats and get them on our side so as not to cause any bloodshed.
But such a course would leave us open to betrayal on every front! Clearly what we need to do is to keep them contained. When a guest proves itself worthy and willing to change into a member then we must accept it.
My solution to the guest problem is to keep them distracted in the discussion boards so our Cellars may stay safe.
But the Cellars' insanity is partially maintained by the constant wars against the DDBs, Nods, and Guests.

The only true way to keep the insanity from leaking out is to have enough outlets for that insanity in the Cellars.

The Open Kegs (symbolizing freedom to go anywhere and do (almost) anything) will provide a fun, free, yet safe realm in the Cellars to conduct all potentially criminal activities. All opinions are allowed in this open-minded gonvernment, and all illicit practices can be done within acceptable margins.
