Log-a-log sat staring into the fire; he was mentally berating himself for being a fool, getting whacked in the head was bad enough, but being captured while off guard? Fine chieftain I turned out to be, he thought. He was in an enemy camp with at least 600 vermin. A wicked chuckle from behind made him growl.
"Fangdrull, long time no see eh? Why did you not kill me when you had a chance?"
A huge evil rat with grey fur and a missing ear stepped in front of his bound captive.
"Oh, I had a better idea in mind, instead of killing you; I'm going to kill your precious children Dippler and Dawnlilly."
The Guosim Log-a-log tugged at his bonds.
"You wouldn't dare!"
Fangdrull grinned in his face his yellow fangs dripping with saliva.
"Oh really?"
Back at the Guosim came pandemonium was loose. Poor Dippler, eldest but smallest child of the log-a-log, was being blamed for the mishaps of the Guosim leader. Though he was 16 seasons, he was half a head shorter than all the Guosim, the only one who ever felt compassion for him was his sister Dawnlilly.
"Don't worry Dippler, we'll find daddy."
Another Guosim, a season older than Dippler, scoffed at the idea.
"Dippler the runt, find his daddy? That I have to see."
Dippler jumped from his seat.
"I will find him!"
The other shrew, whose name was waterno, sneered.
"Really? You're smaller than the rest of us, you can't lift a paddle without whacking someone, how are you going to find the Log-a-log?
Dippler already had the answer.
"Redwall."
Several hours later Dippler was talking with the Abbess of Redwall, a kind older mouse named fern. She nodded knowingly.
"I see, well I don't see why I can't help you please ask around, It's been quite a few seasons since our warriors had a fight to do."
roxas overhears dippler*
"are you gonna need some help with findin log-a-log?"
forms up long patrol of 200 hares*
Hearing that dippler went to the abbey Daphne decided it would be a good idea to go so she set off to the abbey.
Logan sniggered quietly when Fangdrull told Log-a-log of his plans to kill Dippler and Dawnlily. Nodding to two stoat's standing next to the prisoner he walked off hearing the sound of a whip crack again the shrew
Dippler gazed at the huge badger.
"thank you sir, I would love for your help."
"its no problem at all dippler., long patrol have all weapons and provisions ready!"

Swiffle the squirrel maid looked down from the abbey window listening into the conversation. She now knew what she would do with her pals this season.

Andro was somewere between lost, and hopelessly lost. He had been wandering through mossflower for several days. After that incident with the rat, he had lost all sense of direction. "Some wanderer i turned out to be" he thought as he kicked a rock. Missing the rock he went sprawling on his back. "I really got to do somthing about my clumsiness." he thought again while laying on his back. It was then that he saw it. A huge red steeple rising up in the sky. "Well, feed me hotroot and call me an otter, that must be the place im bound for!" Quickly standing up he quickened his pace to a steady trot. Falling every now and then.
OOC: Andro has arrived now! Woot.
andro meets the path guard.
"whats yer buisness with redwall?"
"Hello there matey! Im just heading over to this here red place in search of some rest. If ye dont mind."

BIC: in redwall the hares were preparing.
OOC: lol its cool.
BIC: Andro walks up to the gate. Banging on it loudly he waits for someone to answer.
a huge badger opens the gate.
"what buisness do you have?"
"Hey there! Im just here traveling and saw this here place, and figured id drop by for a visit! Have ye any...food on you? I havent eaten for days!" replied Andro.
i let andro in.
"theres food aplenty"
A red tail hawk lands behind Andro and shivers a little.
"Hello there I was flying by and I could not help over hear you speak of food?"
He extends his wings and shakes them a bit before tucking them back and looks at the badger and waits for and answer.
"theres no meat here only cakes and scones and other delicous things"
Gives a bit of a screech.
"I like cakes, they are tasty I don't just eat meats all the time and I need water drinks as well. Now if you willing to let me have one or 2 of the little ones then meats are here."
He says this teasing the badger a little.
"So you having some kind of feast in there?"
"actually im about to leave to search for a log-a-log, wanna come?"
Andro cocks his head. "erm...may i ask what a 'log-a-log' is?" Andro grabs the provision satchel from the badger. "Excuse my bluntness, but i am starving!" Andro eats as he listens to the badger explain what a log-a-log is.
"log-a-log is the chieftan of the srews of the guosim hes been kidnapped and dippler has enrolled my help."
Listens to the badger and tilts his head watching Andros eat.
"May I have some water drinks and food as well? So how did they kidnap your Log a Log in the first place and why did you let it get kidnapped."
Hops a bit closer.
"i dunno how he got kidnapped i only know what i heard from dippler." i hand the hawk a canteen.
Takes the canteen with his beak and drink a bit of the water.
"Well I guess you need to see the big picture from the air yes yes. Which way was he taken and what other information this dippler tell you."
Still tilts his head at the badger and the other one watching them both. Keeping his eyes on any sudden movement.
"i think he's been taken east to a big camp with 600 vermin should be easy to spot"
Nods to the badger.
"I am a hawk I can spot an ant on a tree a mile away. I will take to the air and see if I can see your log a log from there. Where should I meet you to report in?"
He waits for the answer then takes another drink and takes flight with a big woosh of his wings that could knock over a smaller animal. He calls back.
"I will see you there friend." He lets out a screech and his form vanishes in the distance.
((OOC: Ok so I am guessing I am going to see this camp and some of the stuff in it. I need to know what I see and what is there. Also if I am spotted or any thing is attacking me. If you like who ever is story telling the seen should PM me with details then I can write a proper post.))
OOC: you see a huge camp of rats and random vermin then you see the log-a-log tied up by a huge grey rat.
BIC: "i'll cover the ground to the camp" i send two scouts to the camp.
The Hawk fly's over the vermin camp spotting a large group of them with what to be a shrew in the middle of the camp tied up. He didn't get to low for a few of the guards had taken a few pot shots at him with there bows and some of them ran. Most of them to the hawk look tasty and he didn't mind fast food
*I wonder if my new friend would get angry if I grabbed a bite to eat.* He though.
He continued to scare a few more of the vermin and set them to running then her heard a huge gray rat barking orders about shooting him down and telling his troops to stop being weak and attack. I let out a screech and dive the rat for fun and amusement watching the rat bail off the small plat form and scurry's away to more solid shelter.
Andro watches the hawk leave. "Hmm just as i was getting acquainted" he thought. Then, following at top speed, he races to the lead of the hawk.
After awhile of running, and being quite breathless, he finally sees the hawk swoop into action. Catching his breath, he watches as it causes complete chaos in the camp. "Well it doesnt look like why friend needs any help." Just then he sees an archer rat aim for the hawk. Seeing that it can possibly not miss, he dives at the rat grabbing anything that comes to paw to use as a weapon. Bowling over the rat, he faces it as it draws a sword to face his new opponent.
a random hare runs begind the rat and stabs it with a lance.
"thouthca needed some help, wot wot!"
Seeing his new friends after the vermin takes another circle and notes another large group of vermin are massing and rounding his friends. With a screech and him folding his wings back and dives the group. He swoops over then comes to and lands next to Log a Log and begins to peck and claw at the rope.
"No worries friend I am here to help."
He notes the fact the shrew eyes went big then he passes out.
"Why do I always get that reaction?"
"shrews are afraid of birds and snakes, wot wot!"
the hare stabs a weasel with a dagger.
Tilts his head at the rabbit and then finishes off the last of the rope causing the shrew to fall onto the platform. As he finished this another rat came up in an attempt to attack the rabbit with his sword but found a sharp talon in stead with a followed by a beak to the eye and his eye becoming a light snack and the rat running and screaming.
"Meh Not all birds eat meats and after this I am going to need many many water drinks. These ropes are not tasty. So what do I need to do with are friend I can grasp him in my talon and fly him to safety if you like."
OOC:why are you all attacking now, the rp will barely last three pages
BIC:Logan rushed into the batle and with the help of others threw anet over the bird, he quickly lit a fire and held it above the bird 'leave now or we burn the bird alive yer scum' he signlaed the archers to aim at the bird and some to aim at the intruders
a huge badger come hurtling through bushes.
"LET THEM GO OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
OOC: The reason for the attack is to wake a few people up to post. Plus it is fun to attack and defend gives the rp and rpg'er something to do.
BIC: The net covers him and he lets out a screech at the attackers but is quickly pulled to the ground with his wings bound by the tight ropes and net. he peaks at the closes rope holder in an attempt to take a toe or any other appendage that may be close. He then see one of the vermin with the fire and backs off a little. He watches all of the archers and scoffs at himself for not seeing the trap earlier.
"OH you wait worms when you set me free I am going to feast on your bone and flesh till I am full of rat and ferrets meats." He lets out another frightful screech and moves a little to add to the effect.
OOC: i was wondering the same thing. It was way too soon to enable an army out of no were and attack.
BIC: Andro watches as the bird is dragged down in the net. Seeing that there are too many vermin that even a badger in bloodwrath with 1000 hares backing up could not take (to disable anyone just freeing the bird without real RPing). Andro knew it would take craftyness to free him.
OOC: i made it sure that no one could free the bird so we can do real RPing instead of just "i kill everyone and hes free". Just saying.
"whats the terms for letting my friends go rat?"
OOC: the rat is one of melody's chars

BIC: Andro continues to ponder how to free the bird.

Logan spat 'leav out camp and we will return yer friend, after we've had some fun with him first' Logan smiled nastily and smacked his blade across the birds beak sending a pinging noise into the air
Andro watched it all unfold, unsure of what to do. It was then he remembered that he was a squirrel. "I really gotta stop doing that" he thought. He then went whirrling into the trees and onto an overhanging branch watching over the bird. "psst hey" he called down.
Logan taking no chances hammered the stakes into the ground so that the bird was secure he posted more archers and had some agile climbers search the trees
Andro saw some rats start climbing the trees. But it was too late, one had already spotted him. Climbing as fast as possible he rushed to the top of the tree. It was then that he relized he was on the biggest oak tree in mossflower. "great, this should be interesting." he continued to rush up the tree pursued by rat climbers.
"whats the condicions for my friend the hawk to be freed?"
Gets out a growl about being whacked in the beak by the blade.
"Your are in for it when I get free I am going to beck your eyes out!"
He struggles a bit trying to cause a bit of a distraction for the squirrel and keep eyes on him in case his new friend need to make a better get away.
"You better let me out of here." snaps at the closes vermin near him.
"stop trying to kill them they''ll roast you!"
Screeches at the vermin again but hears his friend tell him to calm and hisses a little and squawks again.
"Vermin worms will pay." he says under his breath. He watches what is going on and lays there in a very not happy mood.
Meanwhile, Andro is at the top of the tree surrounded by rat climbers. "Great" he thinks to himself "what am i going to do..." a rat jumps up at him, but andro kicks him in the mid stomach and sends him flying to the ground. Several more rats make the attempt, but are kicked down to there death. "hah! take this! and this!" shouts andro. But he then lets out a powerful kick that sends him flying into the air. Plumets to the ground, and lands with a sickening thud. knocked unconcious, he is hauled to the bird and tied down by him.
"i will surrender if you let them go"
drops sword and shield onto ground.
'im not lettin yer bird fre now' seeing the commotion in the tree Logan ordered the archers to fire into the trees
Andro looked at logan oddly. "Cant yer see im captured?" retorted Andro. This was replyed by a smack in the face with the flat of a blade. "Where firing in these trees to see if you have anymore friends up there" said a rat.
