so you just say what you like about him and what books he is in
Buckler is pretty awesome. :)
He's clever, good with a blade, and a loyal friend.
I like how he was a bit head strong and not listening to orders in the beginning and at the end a really good leader.
Which book is Buckler in again?

He is a Long Patrole hare in the Sable Queen. He is a blades master training young cadets in how to use a sword. Although he could have been a very good solder, and he was young. Read the book to see what happens to him. :D
I like the picture of him book cover.
Yes.
Spoiler for Zwilts death
Spoiler
I think it would have been better if he killed Zwilt instead of Clarinna

Yeah, sometimes the deaths of certain creatures weren't how we wanted
I agree with you.
I love Buckler he is so awesome! And courgaous! And amazing with a sword!
loved all hares, but buckler most ! (oh,and basil)
one of the most symphatic sable queen characters
Did he have a rapier?
It's been a while since I read his book, but I seem to remember thinking he was pretty cool.
I dislike the way he doesn't speak like other hares. It just struck me as a way to generic-ize him, though I suppose the idea was to demonstrate his rebellious tendencies.

Yeah I noticed that too. It was similar to a mole in I think the bellmaker, who didn't speak like other moles did.
That mole was named Egbert the Scholar.
Wasn't his name Soilburr as well?
I think that was when he was a regular mole.
