So I kept noticing that forum was 'Not Secure' and didn't meets Google standards. After a little research I found a way to make it a little safer, here is a video demonstration it,

So when googled, the url to the forum is, http://redwallabbey.com/forum/index.php
The "http://" is the problem, http means HyperText Transfer Protocol, the fix is to add an 's' to the end of the 'http'. This will make the url https://redwallabbey.com/forum/index.php. The 's' stands for "secure"

Here is the safety warning, before and after:
Before
[close]
After
[close]

As you can see, it doesn't fix it completely, but it makes it a little safer that it was before. If you don't want to change it every time you visit, you can bookmark the 'https'  version and when you visit other areas of the forum it will automatically apply.
(Note: This works with all websites)

I'm not a networking guy, so I don't know, but I think adding the 's' in there only tells the browser the website is secured. I don't think it does anything else....
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

Tungro

By adding the 's', you are changing the address of the site and making the message formatting and transmitting more secure

Verdauga

But if you are really changing the address the browser would be looking for something different....

From what I'm reading, it seems the 's' should be added to the site's formal address if the site owners have a security certificate, which you can buy. :-\
here is one of the places I looked up, as well as here, and here.
I still might be wrong, so let me know what you think.

Regardless, I believe this is beyond the controls we have available as administrators and we might need to contact the website host to get this done. (Or if I am wrong it is at least above my own IT skills.) We will see what we can do.

The Skarzs

I noticed this as well. Not sure how insecure it really is.

Cave potato.

Yeah, I think this is webhost level. Regardless,we don't have a whole lot of traffic, so I think we aren't in a lot of danger.

"What will become of us? Where will we go, we who wander this vast wasteland in search of our better selves?"

"Introduce a little anarchy. Upset the established order, and everything becomes chaos. I'm an agent of chaos."
Long live the RRR!!
