In 2nd grade, my gym teacher read Mossflower aloud to my class every Friday, and I have been reading them ever since!
"Did you just fall?"

"No, I attacked the floor."

"Backwards?"

"I'm freaking talented,okay?!?"

The assistant librarian at my elementary school showed them to me second grade, but I actually didn't like them as much, then I happened to tell my friend about that, and she got me hooked, and now they are my favourite series.

I only discovered them in summer 2011, I read Mossflower from my library, and was immediately hooked.

I don't exactly remember how I discovered the books, but it was over 10 years ago and I suspect it had something to do with my mom as she works at a nearby library. IIRC I started watching the show first as upon seeing it for the first time I was immediately intrigued. Anyways, 10+ years later and I'm still a big fan.

I got a three pack of Redwall, Mossflower and Mattimeo from a school book order in fifth grade.  Who knew they'd such an influence on my life?

Redwall had been sitting on my bookshelf for ages unread and one day I decided to start reading it and was HOOKED! ;D

Well, I used to be hooked on the Warriors series in 6th grade, so the school librarian showed me Redwall. The first time I read it I personally thought it was kinda boring, but when I reread it in 7th grade I suddenly realized how awesome it was.
