How's this... A RedWall story that takes place on the European Mainland with the basic animals living in what is now France. There, a Squirrel named "Fredrick" travels in nomadic fashion, eking a living on his own till he finds refuge from a rat attack at a city of forest animals, led by a Raven as it's Mayor.

What else can I add to that?
So what if I'm crazy? Atleast I admit my insanity.
