It's really ok Ungatt. When I think of where a character could be from I always think in terms of real countries. Sometimes they're completely random:

(I always imagined that Romsca was from Scotland, Barranca was from Spain, Emperor Ublaz was from Pakistan, Deyna and his family (Mhera, Filorn, and Rillflag) were Hispanic, Zwilt and Vilaya were from France, Rasconza was from Italy, Sagitar Sawfang was from India....the list gets weirder and weirder. I don't want to offend anyone so I won't say anymore)

That's cool While reading Pearls of Lutra, I imagined Rasconza to have an accent that was a cross between British and Russian.
